Cowboy🏇(Graves x Fem reader!)

Graves decided to take you horse riding for a date. You thought this was a dumb idea but seeing him ramble about how good he is made you reluctantly agree. He took you to his ranch and walked you to the horse stables. You came across a beautiful white mare. Her beautiful main runs across your fingers so smoothly. Mesmerized by the horse you completely forgot about Graves until he showed up next to already straddled to the horse with a cowboy hat. You couldn't help but chuckle at the sight of him. 

"C'mon little lady, how about a little 1v1? " he says, with a thicker Southern accent than usual and a wide grin. You nod and with ease, you straddle the horse getting yourself well-adjusted. 

"I trust you won't be a gentleman about this" you smirk finally racing. 

With graves behind you, he yells "You don't know me at all ms y/n!" 

The faint noise of his voice behind you makes you chuckle. You couldn't help but feel a sense of joy on the horse. The wind hits your face so perfectly. 

Graves in the back didn't care about winning. Just the sight of you with a wide smile riding the horse was enough to fuel his happiness. 

finally, out of breath, you make it to the finish line. You get off the horse as you lean against a fence. 

"That was fun," you say with a wide smile.

"Sure" he replies with a warm smile looking at you. 

He pulls you by the waist holding you close to his chest. He gives a small kiss before smirking to himself. 

"How about you ride something else cowgirl?" he says grinning at you. You couldn't help but chuckle as you shoved his face playfully. 

"You might get lucky," you say with a smirk grabbing his hat as you walk off exploring the ranch a little more leaving Graves behind.
