You and Konig both went to school together. He was tall and shy, and people were afraid of him. You, on the other hand, were short and had quite a temper. Despite this, you and he became close friends.
You always got into fights for the dumbest things. If someone looks at you funny, you get into a fight. If someone talks to you the wrong way, you get into a fight. Whatever the reason was, you always had scars and bandages on. König tried his best to help you calm down but knew it was in your nature to fight.
"You know you don't always have to fight."
"I know, but sometimes people deserve it," you sigh.
He replied, "I can handle it myself."
"I know, but...as long as I'm around, nobody is going to be bothering you," you grumbled. Konig couldn't help but chuckle at being thankful for having you by his side.
Then a prom came. You and Konig were hanging around talking about how the dance was boring and whatnot. You spotted a girl snickering with her friend and giving you glances. You glared at her as she continued to giggle.
You stood up and walked towards them.
"You've got a problem, eh?"
"Yeah, I do," she grins. "What are you? Gay? You're always around that stupid guy," she snickers. Before you can punch her, Konig shows up next to you.
"its not worth it, Y/N," he whispers. "Let's go back and try to have fun," he says warmly.
"Yeah, whatever," you say before scowling one more time at the girl. Before you fully leave, you can hear her laugh in the background. She says, "Yeah, that's what I thought. Go back to your little boyfriend!" You were pissed but you knew Konig wanted to have a good time, and you didn't want to ruin that.
