"So let me get this straight, Arthur is a tri-elemental with two deviances, a solid yellow mage who awakened at the age of three, trained by the former elf king and is engaged to the elf princess? Did I miss anything?" Vincent asks dumbfounded.

"Quadra elemental. But you got the gist of it." I answered nonchalantly.

"Rey, are you sure he's your son?" Vincent asked in a joking manner.

"What's that supposed to mean?" Dad faked being hurt.

The rest of the evening was spent with a small celebration for me being back. I spent most of it with Ellie and Lilia since both were curious about Tess as she was a princess and didn't leave me alone until they were too tired to stay awake. One thing that caught my attention was that mom had a nostalgic look as she watched me and my sister.

After putting Ellie in her bed, mom took me to my room. It was identical to before I went to Xyrus Academy.

"You can use this room from now on, right next to your sister."

"Thanks mom. Before you go, can I ask you something?"

"Of course honey."

"Do you remember what happened? Or what will happen in this case."

She looked down for a bit thinking and then sat on the bed letting out a sigh before answering.

"Yes, I remember Arthur." She said with a pained expression. "I just woke up here one day. I thought it had all been a dream for the first few days. I only realized it wasn't when I heard you talking in my head."

I sat next to her and stayed quiet for a few seconds. I felt conflicted, a part of me was sad that mom had the knowledge of what was coming and how much she lost while another was happy that I didn't have to go through the same conversation about my reincarnation again. At least with her.

"What about dad? Did you tell him about it?"

"No, I just couldn't bring myself to tell him. Is that how you felt all those years?"

"Yeah." She brought me in a side hug.

We stayed like that for a while before I spoke again.

"I should probably tell you now, you're not the only one who traveled back in time."

She looked at me curiously before asking. "What do you mean?"

"For starters, I wasn't the one who brought you back, it was Tess, well, not her technically, but in a way."

"I see. Is that why you didn't wait to put a ring on her finger this time?" She teased.

"Yeah, if it wasn't for that she would've waited a while. Maybe not as much as last time. I don't know if I could've handled it."

"Now that you mentioned it, why did it take you so long to confess?"

"Well, in my previous life that would've been a crime. A very serious one. But we're getting sidetracked. Apart from you and Tess, Virion and Varay are also regressors."

"Oh my, that's quite good for us isn't it?"

"Very, especially considering I managed to bring back Agrona's journal, so we even know his back up plans."

"Then make sure to give them hell this time."

"I will. And I'll make sure to keep our family safe this time."

"I know you will Art. Just promise me you will not fight alone, There must be a reason why other people were brought back." Mom said with a gentle smile.
