I groaned as I felt the sunlight hit my face, stirring me from the depth of sleep. I snuggled deeper into the warmth and comfort I felt, my body gravitating towards the solid presence beside me.

"Don't make me horny in the morning, sweetheart," Xander's deep, sexy voice murmured, sending shivers down my spine. I opened my eyes slightly to find him watching me, his gaze soft but intense.

"Xander," I whispered, a little embarrassed at how flustered I felt. His morning voice was too much to handle.

"Good morning, Zea," he said, his eyes drinking in the sight of me. I suddenly became very aware of my nakedness and tried to pull the sheet up to cover myself.

He gently grasped my hand, stopping me. "Don't," he said firmly but lovingly. "I've told you so many times, you don't need to cover for me. You're beautiful."

I blushed, feeling both shy and flattered under his gaze. His hand traced the outline of my body, and I shivered at the warmth of his touch.

"I could get used to waking up like this," he said, his eyes sparkling with mischief. "You make a very compelling case for staying in bed all day."

We shared a quiet moment, our breaths mingling, the world outside forgotten. I sighed, trying to sit up but immediately felt a wave of soreness wash over me.

Xander noticed my discomfort instantly. "What's wrong?"

"I just feel a bit sore," I admitted, my cheeks flushing.

He smiled, understanding lighting up his face. "Stay right here," he said, kissing my forehead before slipping out of bed.

I watched him as he walked away, his lean muscles moving gracefully. He was everything I could ever dream of, and more. Moments later, he returned with one of his shirts, handing it to me.

"Put this on," he said, his eyes twinkling.

I slipped into the oversized shirt, feeling comforted by the familiar scent of him clinging to the fabric.
"It looks much better on you than it ever did on me." Xander bent down, placing a soft kiss on my lips before disappearing into the bathroom. I heard the sound of running water and the distinct clink of bottles being opened.

Curiosity got the better of me, and I gingerly followed the sound, my body protesting slightly with each step. I found Xander leaning over the massive tub, which was now filled with hot water, bubbles, and a hint of lavender scent wafting through the air.

He turned and smiled at me. "Your royal bath awaits, my queen," he said with a playful bow.

I couldn't help but laugh, despite the soreness. "Thank you," I said, genuinely touched by his thoughtfulness.

He removed the shirt I was wearing and helped me into the tub, the warm water soothing my aching muscles. I sighed in relief, sinking deeper into the bubbles. Xander didn't hesitate to join me, sliding in behind me, his strong arms wrapping around my waist.

"You can be so sweet if you want," I murmured, leaning back against his chest.

"Only for you Zea," he whispered into my ear, his breath tickling my skin. "Only you"

We spent what felt like an eternity in the tub, talking, laughing, and just enjoying each other's company. His hands moved gently over my body, washing away the tension and soreness, replacing it with a deep sense of contentment.

"Too bad we can't do more than this right now," he teased, his fingers dancing over my skin.

I blushed again, feeling a mixture of embarrassment and happiness. "You're incorrigible."

He lightly chuckled, kissing my neck.

We were like any other normal couple right now. I wish we could stay like this forever. Perhaps we would even fall in love if we didn't start off like that.

After a while, we eventually got out, wrapping ourselves in fluffy towels. Xander insisted on carrying me back to bed, treating me like a queen. He laid me down gently, covering me with a warm blanket.

"Stay here and relax," he commanded softly, kissing my forehead again.

I couldn't believe this side of Xander existed. He was really trying.

As I settled into the bed, feeling pampered, I noticed my phone blinking with a new email. Curious, I opened it and my eyes widened in disbelief.

"Xander, look at this!" I exclaimed.

He came over, sitting beside me. "What is it?"

"I've been offered a job to model for Prada!" I squealed, unable to contain my excitement.

His eyes lit up with pride and happiness. "That's amazing, Zea! I knew you had it in you."

I beamed at him, feeling on top of the world. "This is the best morning ever."

"Well, it's only going to get better from here," he promised, pulling me into his arms, making me wear his shirt again.
"I guess you are not such an asshole after all,"I said as I put on a pair of panties and cuddled back into him.

And as I lay there, basking in his warmth and the thrill of my news, I couldn't help but believe him. Perhaps believing him was a mistake.
