"Drink! Drink! Drink! Drink!" The chanter stopped and turned into cheers as Gemma let the empty can of beer fall to the floor, her scream of happiness fading into the other people's voices.
She stopped counting how many cans she has had dropped to the floor before that one, but she didn't care.

"Wow, you uh- you really changed, didn't you?" Dusty gave her a warm smile, handing her another beer.
To most girls, Dusty was the one. With his charms, good looks and his body he had loads of girls running for him.

But Gemma, weirdly, had never been one of them. Even when they were younger, she'd never fancied him, not thinking about him as anything but a friend.
But he had seemed to look at her differently, to think differently about her and that hadn't gotten unnoticed by the people around her.
Especially, one person in particular.

"Thanks, Dusty-Bun!" Gemma gladly took the beer from his hands as she wandered around the groups of people, trying to find someone.

Who? She didn't know.
Just someone she could have a dance, or chat with. Her eyes met the figure of Anthony, standing next to Spencer as they talked with each other, laughing.

She quickly walked up to them, pulling the dark haired boy into a side hug and grabbing his hand. "Come on, Ant! Just like the good ol' times, eh?" She felt Spencer's burning gaze on her as the two former friends made their way to the dance floor, her laugh echoing through his head.

Ant had his arms around her waist as she moved her hips to the rather fast beat. Nobody could deny that she had grown into a beautiful, very sexy young woman and Gemma didn't notice, but slowly, all eyes turned to her.
The movements of her body, the way her smile never left her lips and the shine in her eyes were too mesmerising for anyone to look away.
She had always had that impact on people.

"Alright, alright. Gemma?" Her eyes flickered up to see Quinni standing in front of her, a smile on her face.

"Quinni!"

"Maybe you should slow down. Do you want some water?"

The girl scrunched her nose up and shook her head, rolling her hips to the beat. "Nah, I'm good. Thanks."
Don't care. Don't care. Don't care.
"Should I get you one?"
So much for not caring.

Quinni smiled, shaing her head.
"No, thank you. Just wanted to check up on you."

"Thanks." Gemma turned around again, only to find Ant gone, standing next to Spencer as they talked.
But this time, without laughter. It looked more like a heated argument.
She just shrugged her shoulders.
I don't care. I don't care.

Malakai had already showed off his dance moves with her earlier this evening, so she didn't feel like dancing any more right now.
Gemma sat down onto the grass, lighting up a cigarette and sipping on her beer.
