The Will

The afternoon, the school bus drives around the neighborhoods of town to return the kids to their respective home, everyone else just minding their own business, including the driver, Rocky, the multirole staff of school, just calmly driving with his headphones on, murmuring out a lyrics of a song.

The kids on their phones, some chatting with friends, some just staring at the window zoned off, some are just.. sitting quietly.

By the second end row of the bus, we can see Gumball slouched on his seat, on his phone playing.. whatever FPS game he's on. GTA? Combat Master?? Or probably just Minecraft Bedrock.. -_-

While he was playing with his thumbs dancing on the screen, just like how mine is at my fuckin device right now, something above him is a pale hand of a toddler that seems to be holding a DVD box, it slightly pokes Gumball's thick, brushy blue hair but fails to catch his attention, the head pops up to reveal Anais with intention in her eyes.

"Psst! Gumball.."

She whispers for his attention, as she shadows herself over him with a pouting look. Gumball who looks up from his screen to suddenly see his sister upsidedown over and front of him, abrupt him in surprise.

Gumball: w-woah!....w-what??

He says with stiffness before she lends him the DVD box, poking against the top of his nose, tensing up his cat ears.

Anais: I need you to rent this. Ripley 2000.

She says before hopping off the back rest of his seat, landing a front flip as she firmly gives the DVD to him by pressing it against his chest. Confused the boy, why does he need to rent it? He already has tensions between him and that store, well.. specifically Larry, how could she rely on him for this? He frowns at her, a dismissive evidence.

Gumball: Anais, you've assisted mom by going to the grocery store, not one, but five times. Cooked in the house when Clark wasn't around and capable of paying our bills, what are you!?-

Anais: I NEED YOU TO RENT THE DVD ITSELF BECAUSE IT'S WAY TOO HORRIBLE EVEN FOR A KIDS' SHOW OKAY!?

She snaps with a hint of irritation and embarrassment filled within her, Gumball pauses by her response making him contemplate getting the right words out to summarize her point.

"so you're saying that.. this DVD over here..."

Simultaneously, he holds up the box she gave him as a demonstration.

"..showcases an animation that is far too unbearable to watch, even if it's meant for child-friendly purposes, simply because of the obsolete terrific quality?-"

"YES!!"

She answers in almost and instant, as she pounds her palms against his thighs, pressing inhumanely hard against the muscles and flesh as he screeches out pain, instinctively grabbing her and sets her aside next to him.

Gumball: okay, okay, chill!!

He looks around after saying that, hoping no one noticed his painful screech which could have pierced everone's eardrums hearing it.

Gumball: the DVD can't be that bad tho-

That was the moment he instantly regretted his doubt, he sees the thumbnail as his eyes widens in perfect detail, to the point his eye frame became realistic with the red lines coursing in him.

"A Pony's Tail."

Gumball then screams in a high-pitched manner, his arms and legs panicks themselves as he throws the DVD against the back of the backrest he's facing, causing it to bounce back, hits the ceiling, deflecting back diagonally against the back window of the bus, bouncing back again, hitting their tall ass female classmate Molly by the back of the head, bouncing back, AND...! Hits Gumball again.
