Chapter 10

It's the next morning. There's no college again because our teachers are off on a trip so they won't be in for a couple of days which is not bad. I'm planning on not going out but I woke up and got up and went straight to the shower. I then put on some Cash Cobain through my speakers and just started to vibe. but last night and yesterday in general was a movie. I then brush my teeth and get in the shower. I then wear my Nike sweater with some biker shorts because I was going to put the heater on as it was a bit cold.

My hair is in a ponytail, no makeup and shit. I'm feeling good. I then get a knock on the door when making myself breakfast. I was making eggs and some bacon for some breakfast with some side of bread and butter. I then went to go and see who was at my door. There was a lot of them, it was Gio, Karrah and Camo. I then rolled my eyes when looking through the peephole. I then closed the stove and then went to go open the door slightly and look at them in such a weird manner.

"What are y'all doing here?"

Camo: Are you going to let us in or not, it's fucking cold out here.

I then let the door open for itself and then they all walked in and sat on the couch and waited for me to come and join them.

"So can y'all start speaking because I don't actually know why I let y'all in in the first place?"

Karrah: Can you come and sit down first and then we can talk like grown ass people. You being petty as fuck right now.

"Petty? Oh I'm the one being petty. Oh okay"

Gio: Destinee, stop playing and just come and sit down what the fuck is your problem?

"Can I finish my food first"

I then buttered my last toast and then went on the seperate chair from the couch to sit down and eat and just look at them waiting for them to explain why they are here.

Camo: Look. Dest, we are wrong for not accepting who you're dating and we're sorry. We wanna meet Josh and try and have a connection with him.

"I don't know if you're lying or you meant it"

Gio: We mean it and we sorry. For real we are and we just wanted to come and be genuine and feel like we want you to come back and hang with us again.

"Who said I was leaving the group in the first place? Y'all are my ride or dies, and who said I'm leaving Crete. Y'all I'm not leaving I just need to take a break from you guys"

Gio: Break? What break Destinee?

"A break where I get to know the AMP squad together as one and they are nice people but I just really don't wanna spend time with people who won't support my relationship."

Gio: We just came here and apologised to you about not supporting your relationship and now you still gon be hanging out with those dorks.?

"I want y'all to meet them"

Karrah: I would happily do so because I wanna see how they like. Why they keep having their eyes on our group all the time?

Camo: It's time to squash the beef.

"What beef? We ain't got no beef it's just y'all have some unfinished business to get too"

I then stand up to go out my plate in the sink and wash it. I then went back to sit with them.

Gi0: Alright. Imma see how this goes.

"Hm"

I then go to my room to sit for a bit whilst they're there. They know how to make themselves comfortable in my own apartment/dorm. Camo then comes in my room and lies next to me on the bed. He then has his arm around me and he then looks at me, I then look at him.

"What?"

Camo: You're so beautiful you know that.

"Wow, that was so touchy. Thank you baby, you beautiful too"

Camo: So when we gon meet Josh and shit like that?

"They've got to be free and shit like that but then I'll let the group know and shit"

Camo: Gio is not feeling any of this introducing shit and you know that right ?

"Yeah I do and I don't give a fuck she's going to have to deal with it"

Camo: Don't say it like that she's going to have to deal with it because if she loves you so much she's going to have to secure herself.

"Which is why she's going to meet my boyfriend, you too, and she's going to meet the AMP squad"

Camo: So is everyone else.

"Exactly"

I then get on my phone and then I have Josh texting me saying that he is thinking about me. How cute is that?

Camo: We gon go and give you some space.

"That would be much appreciated thank you"

Camo: Now watch your tone mama or Imma beat you up.

"I'm sorry, but all of you just go I wanna talk to my man"

Camo: Aight aight.

Gio: We coming back later to smoke aight?

"Bet now just go"

I then wait for the door to be closed and then I face-timed Josh, because I missed him. He then picked up after the first ring.

"Hey babe"

Josh: You too long to call me.

"I'm sorry the group came to apologise and shut. Forgave them and now they wanna meet you and the AMP squad"

Josh: Do you think David is going to let?

"Davis likes me so he'll let and also it's nice we could all be one big group"

Josh: I'm cool with it.

"They want to meet you though, first"

Josh: What today?

"Yeah if that's okay"

Josh: I've got practice soon but Imma come after practice.

"Can you bring me some Panda Express when you're done. What time you ending?"

Josh: At 7:30pm.

"That's not bad. It won't be that long"

Josh: Yeah but how are you though?

"I'm okay. Woke up good so no bad blood with no one"

Josh: Good. Alright I gotta go get ready. I love you.

"I love you too bye"

I then ended the FaceTime and then let out an exhale and let a deep breath out and then I hear a knock at my door. The group didn't say that they would come now so why is that they would want to come now? The others just left not that long ago.

I then huff and then get up and then go see through the peephole... you wouldn't guess who it was...
