Chapter 18

What the fuck did I do... why is Duke on my bed? It's 5am and I'm awake because I know I had sex with someone but it's not my boyfriend. I don't understand what's going on. I then wake up and I see that Duke is getting ready to leave my apartment.

"What did we do?"

Duke: We had sex

"And this is the part where you leave"

Duke: Do you want me to?

"Yes"

Duke: Aight.

Duke then puts his shoes on and he runs out and shuts my door. I then put my head on my hand and shake it. Are you saying I've cheated on Josh twice? With someone from my friendship group and someone that thinks I'm their first love? What is going on? It was time to go back to college today so it's going to be so awkward because I will be telling my friends what happened and they better shut their mouths about it.

"Why the fuck would I think of doing this?"

Since I'm already awake, I might as well get ready for college. So I stand up and go to the bathroom to the toilet and do my business then go in the shower and take one then brushed my teeth and went to my closet to see what I should be wearing today? It looks a bit sunny today so I decided to wear a denim crop top with some baggy jeans and some Timbs. Hairstyle is a half up bun and half down. I then went back to sleep because I looked like I had a bit of time.

It's now 7am. I've got class in an hour. I woke up and did my makeup because that shit takes a while to do and I can't be late. And everyone will be excited to see me so I've gotta do a good impression. I then put my shoes on and then packed my Concrete bag and then I got a text from Gio saying they are ready to go. The boys were already outside which is great. I then leave my apartment and lock the door and I see Gio and Karrah standing there.

"What?"

Gio: We've gotta speak to you

Oh god. They probably heard me and Duke last night. Or it may be something else but I doubt it.

"About what?"

Gio: Oh we'll tell you later at recess

"Alright, where's the boys?"

Karrah: They downstairs waiting for us let's go.

"Alright, alright"

Gio: Destinee...

"What?"

Gio: Why you yelling?! I'm just calling your name.

"I'm sorry today is just not my day, I just wanna get this day over and done with"

Gio then examined my face when I was messaging Josh saying that I was coming back.

Gio: You're hiding something?

"Wait what? What do you mean?"

Gio: You look stuck and stiff. Loosen up.

"What do you mean? I'm perfectly fine"

Karrah: We'll see and whatever it is, I won't tell

"And I will be telling you guys what happened but just not now"

Gio: So you is hiding something?

"Ugh please, hey boys"

I then walk up to them and hug each and every one of them when it came to Boat, of course he's not going to leave me alone. This nigga is tempting me and I don't like that shit. I'm lying, I love it when Boat is so flirtatious with me. I just love that with him.
