Chapter 8

Fast Forward After Spring Break,

It's the end of spring break. I haven't spoken to the girls in 2 weeks and it's been so bad because I miss them but I've got to stand on business. So I messaged Ammi asking if it's okay to hang out with the AMP squad. Some of them actually fuck with me but some of them don't and the some of them is Kaliya and only Kaliya. She's mad because her man is obsessed with me.

Josh is close friends with the boys in AMP and he does hang with them on some days when he wants to be but he's always invited in open arms. So I told Josh about what happened and he decided to work with me and hang out with AMP whilst I'm there to avoid from Kaliya causing unnecessary beef.

It was time to wake up and Ammi and Callie were coming to pick me up so we could walk to class together. I woke up and showered and picked a good fit for today. Today was going to be hopefully gonna be a good day.

I then decided to wear a Nike navy blue fluffy sweater with a collar top and a black long skirt with my Nike Jordans which were Dior. They just fit so well. I then changed my bag to my Dior bag so that I could bring more of my schoolwork including my laptop. I then left my dorm and locked my door. I then see that Gio and Karrah are coming out at the same time as me. I then avoid eye contact with them and then they looked at each other feeling sad, they felt really bad about what happened 2 weeks ago.

I then used the elevator and went down to Ammi and Callie who stayed outside the lobby and I gave them hugs. And then I walked with them to class.

Ammi: How you doing?

"I'm okay, just saw Giovanna and Karrah when walking out my dorm but you know it's whatever"

Callie: How do you feel about meeting everyone?

"I'm nervous"

Ammi: Girl don't worry, they'll welcome you in open arms except from one.

"I know who that is"

Ammi: Try and avoid her or just be kind to her and hopefully she reciprocates.

"I'll go with the second option."

I then went to their row when we got to class and then it was me at the end of the row and then I had Ammi next to me and then Callie followed on. The rest of the AMP squad came to sit down and then Ammi then got their attention.

Ammi: Y'all Destinee, is now hanging out with us. You'll meet her at recess.

"Hi guys"

Agent: Hey Destinee, can I call you Dest if that's okay?

"Yeah I'm fine with that."

Davis: Welcome Dest. Feel welcome.

"Thank you"

We then waited for everyone else to come to the classroom and sit in their seats. Josh sat in the row infront of me. He then looked back and realised that it was me

Josh: Babe?

"Hey what's up"

Josh: You okay?

"I'm good babe"

Josh: I'm hanging with you and the AMP guys , today, they cool with it so I'll be there with you don't you worry.

"Thank you"

Then the Concrete Squad come in and see that I'm not sitting in my regular seat. Draft then taps me and I look behind me.

Draft: Destinee, what's up.

I then looked to the front and didn't answer him. I don't wanna talk to all of them at all because they all pissed me off. I couldn't do it anymore. The bell then rang and then I got my bag and went with the rest of the AMP squad out of the classroom. As I was walking up the stairs to get out of the classroom, I then look at the Concrete squad and then Gio looks at me with sadness in her eyes, mixed with anger. I just then gave a side eye and then we end up walking with the AMP squad in the hallway on our way outside for recess.
