Jungwon already had jitters as he got ready for his first-ever date with Jay at the movies. He'd been waiting for this moment forever even though they had just met two days ago and now that it was finally happening, his nerves were all over the place. It took him a moment to get himself together but when he finally did, he took in a deep breath and moved on. He fumbled around in his closet, trying on countless outfit combinations before settling on a classic jeans-and-t-shirt combo that made him feel somewhat comfortable. But then came the dreadful hair struggle – he spent more time than he'd like to admit trying to perfect the messy-but-not-too-messy look. He hated his natural curls and straightening his hair was dreadful.

As he stood in front of the mirror, heart pounding and palms sweaty, he couldn't help but think of all possible scenarios and worst-case situations that could happen during their time together. Would they have awkward silences? Would he accidentally spill popcorn everywhere? What if their tastes in movies clashed? He shook his head harshly and sighed. Despite all these worries tugging at his mind strings, deep down, Jungwon knew that being nervous was just a part of what they would be going through together. Jungwon quickly texted Jay his address after they all exchanged numbers back in the mall and then put his phone down, anxiously waiting for his soulmate to respond. When Jay did, Jungwon's heart fluttered.

Jay planned everything meticulously; he even picked up some of Jungwon's favourite snacks from the store nearby as per what Heeseung and Jake told him. With butterflies in his stomach, Jay drove over to Jungwon's place, blasting his favourite tunes along the way. When he arrived at his doorstep, he couldn't help but smile uncontrollably. And there he was, looking absolutely beautiful and ready for a fun evening together. As they walked towards his car hand-in-hand, they couldn't help but laugh about the whole situation. The anticipation was almost tangible as they talked about which movie they were most excited to see before playing some music and getting comfortable. After a short drive, they were finally at the movies.

Jay and Jungwon were both excited as they stood in front of the theatre, trying to pick a movie for their first date. Jay suggested a romantic comedy, thinking it would be sweet and enjoyable. Meanwhile, Jungwon leaned towards an action-packed thriller, hoping it would provide an element of excitement during their outing. They both wanted to make a good impression on each other and set the mood right.  Engaged in friendly banter in their casual tone, they playfully debated the pros and cons of each option. Eventually, they agreed to compromise – starting with the thrilling sequel followed by a lighthearted romantic comedy- ensuring that their first date at the theatre would offer an exciting blend of adventure and romance that perfectly reflected their shared interests.
