What makes Kyle different from Kenny?
His hair? Yes, their hair is different. His face? Of course. His body? Well, a little bit. In Y/n's eyes, their bodies are not so different, only Kyle is taller and bulkier. But Y/n is sure that she doesn't mind their physical appearance.
So, their attitude? Of course, they are complete opposites. But it seems their lust is equally high. Kyle is just good at hiding it. So, is that what Y/n is concerned about? She does like Kyle's personality, but that doesn't mean she minds Kenny's being the opposite of Kyle.
Then what makes Y/n question the kiss from Kenny?
All the girl knows is that she feels sad because she betrayed Kyle by kissing his best friend. She still doesn't understand why she didn't like Kenny kissing her like that. Deep in her heart there is a feeling where she hopes that only Kyle can kiss her. To be the first and the last for her. But she doesn't know where this feeling comes from. Her feelings of preferring Kyle make her confused and she feels like a bad person to Kenny. Wasn't she sure that she wouldn't choose anyone, not even Kyle? Didn't she promise Kyle the same? Why is it Kyle who is now fulfilling her hopes and attention?
Out of concern? Yes, Y/n really cares for Kyle. Because she knows that Kyle is the one who needs her the most, who likes her the most. So if Kyle ever found out that Kenny kissed her, Y/n can't imagine how broken his heart would be and she doesn't want that to happen. Not to mention that the girl would also reject Kenny's feelings and feel guilty that she couldn't accept him. But was that really the only reason?
Somehow, there is something different about her heart this time. Y/n doesn't just reject Kenny because she can't reciprocate, but there is a part of her feelings that has to do with Kyle.
She wasn't sure. Would she always be this way with everyone? Was she going to keep on rejecting everyone just for Kyle? All this time she had only been in it for herself, but now there was Kyle to take into consideration.

"Y/N! BALL!"
Y/n, startled, instinctively turned towards the source of the sound and was greeted by the rough surface of a red ball landing hard all over her forehead. The impact was so hard that it made her dizzy, causing her to lose her balance and fall to the floor, her head hitting the back first. Her vision immediately swam before finally turning completely dark.
Kyle had tried his best by yelling at her. He didn't need to feel that guilty, but he couldn't help it because it came from the way he felt about her. Kyle could hear Heidi's voice becoming hysterical as she was surrounded by many female students. He forcefully pushed his friends who were blocking his way aside until he was right next to Y/n's limp body and immediately sat down on his knees. At this point, it appeared that Y/n had fainted and was unconscious. Taking her neck in his left hand and the back of her knees in his right, Kyle immediately lifted the poor girl's body. Once he had Y/N in his arm, he dropped her head onto his neck, allowing his right hand to drop down and restrain her. Without struggling, Kyle quickly carried Y/N away and left the gym. Before he did, however, he had already asked his coach for permission in the middle of his run to the exit.
