Team 1, which is said to be the most militant and tends to surpass the dangerous definition in this place...

Jang Sejong, the new face in this place who was on his probationary period, was walking past the employee break room with a lot of files in his hands.

He could hear some whispers through the slightly opened break room door.

- Don't you think that Team Leader Kim Rok Soo has become a bit weird?

Flinched

He stopped walking.

Although the voice was so quiet that regular ability users would not be able to hear it, this newbie, Jang Sejong, could hear it because he has a sensory-related ability.

- Seriously, don't you think that is the case? It looks like he might be burnt out. But, really, who will not when facing those nonsense requirements? I admit it will be less worry to hear him asking for wine during office hours than that cynical smile.

- They have thrown to Team 1 double or triple the amount of work after the layer experiment as a "compliment" and "reward"....

- But Team 1's job performance is really something. They always finish no matter how lack of resources or required supplies. They are all crazy.

- No, that's not the point after all. Have you guys not noticed? That smile of Team Leader Kim...

- Mind your words, Agent Myong. You talk like this is the first time Kim Rok Soo has been weird. No, he has always been like that.

A brusque voice of Park Kyung Ho snapped at the bad word.

Park Kyung Ho joined the company at the same time as Kim Rok Soo and was the leader of Team 2. The two were said to be each other's opponents though at least one of them did not actually care about that. Now, the other one also showed less harshness whenever Kim Rok Soo's name was brought up in the topic. Park Kyung Ho was not interested in continuing:

- I thought you were busy? Stop being nosy and focus on your own work.

Screech

Park Kyung Ho stopped talking and the break room door opened immediately.

Jang Sejong flinched after making eye contact with Park Kyung Ho. Team 2 leader Park Kyung Ho, who was called the Spearman of Thunder, scowled after looking at Jang Sejong.

However, he simply motioned with his head for Jang Sejong to move along and Jang Sejong bowed and quickly walked past the break room to the office. He remembered some of the nonchalant things that "Team Leader Kim" in their chat had told him about how to distract and keep himself calm while facing someone so that he would not be lost in fear. The fear was built when he avoided looking at it straight. Jang Sejong did not hide away from the eye contact, besides, Team 2 Leader did nothing to him though his voice in the previous chat sounded a bit harsh.
