- Yaah~ Isn't that Team Leader Kim? Every time we met, you always made our jaws drop with such unexpected moves. Humm, yep. Who could tell you and the one we barely spot on these occasions is one person? Time changes someone so much.

The man whose smile was pretty much alike fox approached Kim Rok Soo as soon as he told the members to enjoy their break without worrying their Leader could find something to damage himself at the party.

Really. What could be the danger amid this friendly meeting?

Kim Rok Soo could not utterly comprehend his Team's overreacting yet he respected their care.

He would not put himself in a passive position. He would not be in danger.

He was... the danger with the shining ego of an attractive villain?

Well, socializing was something both annoying and amusing at the same time. And today's opening was...

Manager Jung. The smile behind the wine glass became distorted. Sly smile. Joyful tone. Glass was raised high for greeting. Yet there was not much actual welcome in his gesture.

If that guy thought he was operating the "charming while hiding a knife under the speech" art with what he just uttered, that would be the most offensive thing Kim Rok Soo heard in the day.

That was too unsightly to be the opening part of a party.

Kim Rok Soo answered while swirling the glass:

- It might be our Manager Jung from the Reserve force, am I right?

- It's me. Team Leader Kim's memory is as perfect as they said. Oh, speaking of which, the "Grade 1 ability user" was also achieved due to your Record, wasn't it? I'm jealous, ahaha.

Manager Jung laughed yet his shoulders did not shake much.

- Manager Jung.

Kim Rok Soo repeated calmly and then raised his wine glass. No one could say that there was anything inappropriate with Kim Rok Soo's attitude though he did not directly respond to Manager Jung's comment.

"Unexpected" they called.

It was not only due to how Kim Rok Soo proposed and realized the out-of-the-box ideas.

There was another reason: they could not read the actual meaning behind Kim Rok Soo's response.

The response could make people assume Kim Rok Soo did not mean anything but actually meant the opposite at the same time. His speech always went with a perfectly polite tone and standard manner performed in every posture while the words he uttered could be completely contrary.

- It's a bit too much for my memory and ability to receive such an exaggerated compliment of yours, Manager Jung. Yet I ought to say, you cannot make something, even with the basic structure, practical if you don't know how to function.

Why be so greedy for something when you don't even know what effort it might take to deal with it?

Did they look down on this original ability owner and his effort to control Record?
