Y/N - Not interested

Y/N was 1000% NOT interested in potty training.

Jin and the rest of the members were trying their very hardest to get Y/N interested in potty training, buying a cute potty and so forth, but the little just was NOT interested.

It was becoming a problem because sometimes Y/N had to be left alone in littlespace, and although they were able to take care of themselves, when it came to changing diapers, it had to be done by someone else.

So they made the decision to try and potty train their baby to make life a bit easier.

Y/N did not care, Y/N LIKES diapers and WILL NOT give them up for anything or anyone.

Jimin was struggling the most, he had a big soft spot for Y/N, which everyone knew.

Y/N used it to their advantage, crying to Jimin whenever someone tried to introduce the potty.

Jimin always caved immediately, hating to see his baby cry, so the members could never make any progress.

Jimin knew he shouldn't be so easy, but he couldn't help it, he loved Y/N so much, and when they were little it was such a different and comforting experience for him.

He felt like someone needed him, and he just loved that feeling.

Jin decided to try and introduce the potty when Jimin wasn't home, hoping that if Y/N couldn't run to him, they might make some kind of progress.

Jin was wrong. As soon as he woke up, he could sense that the day was not going to be easy.

It's like Y/N knew what he was planning, and Y/N was not having it.

Jin woke Y/N up as he normally did, picking up the paci where it had fallen and selecting some comfy clothes for the day.

"Come on baby let's get you dressed, then Jinnie has something to show you ok?" Jin said gently, beginning to dress his baby like usual, but Y/N wasn't please.

They weren't fighting him, but Jin could just tell that their littlest baby wasn't having a good day.

Laying there staring at the ceiling as Jin got Y/N dressed, not really moving or babbling like usual.

Jin thought maybe it had to do with the potty training they'd been trying, but he didn't think it was weighing on their baby as much as it was.

Y/N hated the potty, they just wanted diapers, it was a big part of their littlespace, and Y/N couldn't understand why they had to go.

Jin couldn't have known how difficult the next half an hour would be.

He took Y/N into the bathroom with the potty next to the toilet, shutting the door behind them before the baby could run away.

"Now Jinnie wants you to try your potty today ok? I'll put a diaper on you after, but I want you to give it a go baby" he said warmly, smiling at Y/N as they stared at the potty with fury.

Then, seemingly out of nowhere, Y/N burst into loud ugly crying sobs.

Jin was surprised to say the least, before dropping to his knees and pulling Y/N close, trying to provide some comfort.

He didn't think the potty was that bad, daunting at the least but all new experiences are, especially for a little, but he had no idea Y/N really hated it this much.

"YOONGI-AH!!" Jin shouted through the closed door, knowing Yoongi was home and would reply at a moments notice, and Jin needed him right now, he knew just what Y/N needed.

Yoongi burst into the room, looking at the crying baby before looking at Jin as he spoke, "Yoongi-ah, can you call Jimin and get him to come home?" Jin explained, they both knew that Jimin would be able to calm Y/N down, they liked him the most.

Yoongi just nodded, leaving the room and grabbing his phone to call Jimin.

It only rang a couple of times before Jimin picked up, almost as if he already knew what it was about.

"Hyung? Is everything ok?" Jimin asked anxiously, he already knew why Yoongi had phoned him, there could be no other reason.

"Jimin-ah, can you come home? Y/N is very upset and you're the favourite so we need you to calm the baby down..." Yoongi mumbled.

Jimin grinned at the thought that HE was the favourite, before his face fell as he realised his baby was UPSET, his baby needed him.

He immediately hung up, and Yoongi knew he was practically running through the company to get to his car.

Satisfied, Yoongi told Jin that Jimin was on his way, before returning to his room.

Jimin showed up not 10 minutes later, bursting into the bathroom to see Y/N crying hysterically.

As soon as Y/N spotted Jimin, grabby hands reached for him, and Jimin scooped the crying bundle into his lap, nodding at Jin before taking Y/N to his room.

He sat down on his bed, shrugging his jacket and bag off and holding Y/N closely on his lap, stroking their shaking back gently and pressing little kissers to their hair.

"Baby what's wrong? What happened hmm?" Jimin asked, waiting for his baby to calm down before he got an answer.

Y/N just cried, burying their face into Jimins neck, and Jimin figured out what the problem was.

"You really don't like the potty do you baby..." he mumbled softly, smiling a bit when his baby's head shook furiously on his shoulder.

Obviously the potty wasn't going to work, and they would just have to make it work.

Jimin sat with Y/N for a long time until the crying stopped, and it was replaced with the occasional sniffles.

Jimin squeezed his baby close, "how about a movie hmm? We'll get you a nice bottle and you can have a nap, I'll talk to Jinnie about the potty ok?" Y/N looked up at him, giving him a small smile before snuggling back safe and warm into their caregivers neck.

Jimin realised that he never wanted to be anywhere else but here.

A/N: This will be my last story for this book for the minute, I want to focus on my series and my new soft Oneshots book and I really have run out of ideas for this one right now, I'll probably write more for it one day if I think of anything, but basically don't wait up lol.
