Verma Family
5:00 AM, Verma House

The soft chirping of birds outside the window hinted at a new day, while the golden streaks of early dawn painted the sky. Inside the Verma household, a gentle rustle broke the silence as Adhrika pushed the curtain aside and glanced at the clock. It was already 5.

She stretched her arms, adjusted the sleeves of her hoodie, and then tiptoed to the side of Adhya's bed. With a mischievous grin dancing on her face, she leaned forward and nudged her elder sister's shoulder.

"Dii, get up..." she whispered at first, but then louder, "Hey Di, please get up! We have to go for exercise..."

She looked behind and added with a proud little smirk, "Look, Shridha got up before you."

Her eyes sparkled with mock superiority as she crossed her arms. "Even though we are younger than you, we wake up earlier than you every morning. And even after growing up, you throw tantrums just to get up in the morning."

Adhya let out a soft groan and pulled the blanket over her face, her voice muffled. "Okay Baba, I'm getting up, wait..."

She peeked out slowly, rubbing her eyes, her voice laced with sleepy sarcasm. "I think life is going to give me a chance to grow up one day."

Then, she raised an eyebrow at her younger sister. "Sometimes I think you are bigger than me... but I know I'm bigger."

Just then, a chirpy voice came from behind.

"Dii, I am ready! Adhya di woke up or not?" Shridha asked as she stepped into the room, tying the last knot of her shoe.

Adhrika gave her a sideways glance and rolled her eyes. "Yes, she's woken up but... she's not stopping talking."

Shridha giggled and nodded in understanding.

Adhya sat up slowly and waved her hand sleepily. "Okay Baba, both of you go down. I'll come in just two minutes."

The two younger sisters shared a look and laughed in unison, "We know your two minutes are five minutes!"

"Yes, yes, go... both of you, I'm coming!" Adhya replied, shooing them away with a lazy smile. Her voice held that classic older-sibling half-fake annoyance.

With muffled chuckles and light feet, Adhrika and Shridha left the room, heading downstairs. Their laughter echoed faintly through the hallway.

As they reached the living room, Shridha looked over at Adhrika. "By the way, Adhi di, Ridhu is not coming with us?"

Adhrika shook her head and pulled her ponytail tighter. "Nahi Shree, she's not coming. She slept early the day before yesterday, that's why she woke up early yesterday and came with us. But you know na... she studies till late at night."

Shridha's eyes softened with respect. "Yes... God bless her. She works so hard. I hope she becomes a very good data scientist."

Adhrika paused for a moment, her eyes drifting upward. "Yes. May my three sisters become very successful in their lives. And may you three get all the happiness in this world."

Shridha turned to her, slightly frowning. "Are dii, you're not asking anything for yourself again?"

Adhrika gave her a warm smile, brushing a strand of hair away from her face. "I have everything... My family. And I have the best sisters in this world. What else can I ask from God?"

Shridha stopped in her tracks and turned to her. "Then I will ask- that you become the best singer in this world... someone whose voice heals people's pain."
