It was 3:00 AM. The night was calm, the sky painted in shades of deep blue, and a soft, cool breeze whispered through the air. Under the silver glow of the moon, Reyansh and Ridhanvi stood on the terrace, surrounded by the stillness of the world. Reyansh held her hand gently, his fingers warm against her cold skin, as both of them silently absorbed the peaceful night.

The moonlight kissed their faces, making them glow like ethereal beings. Reyansh lifted his hand, brushing his fingertips softly against her cheek before pulling her into his embrace. Ridhanvi's lips curled into a small smile, a rare moment of tranquility settling over her. Her long hair danced in the breeze, strands falling across her face. Just as she reached up to tuck them behind her ear, Reyansh placed his hand over hers, stopping her.

"Leave them," he whispered, his voice barely audible over the wind. His fingers tangled in her hair, savoring its soft fragrance. She stilled, her heartbeat echoing against his chest.

After a long pause, she finally broke the silence.

"Alright, tell me now-why were you upset with me?" Ridhanvi asked, tilting her head up to look at him.

Reyansh's jaw clenched as he narrowed his eyes at her.

"Do you even remember what you called me last time? At the club party that night, you called me... 'bhai.'" His voice was laced with disbelief and a touch of annoyance.

Ridhanvi blinked, stunned. "What? No way! You must be mistaken. I would never say that. Maybe you misheard?" She frowned, trying to recall, but her mind drew a blank.

Reyansh let out an exasperated sigh. "I'm not lying, Anvi. You were drunk that night. And in that state, you looked straight at me and called me your 'bhai.'" He shook his head, still baffled by the memory.

Ridhanvi gasped, stepping back slightly. "No... no way. Did I really...?" She trailed off, horrified. The realization made her cringe. She covered her face in embarrassment.

"God, I am so sorry! You know how I get when I'm drunk. I say the most random things!" She peeked at him through her fingers, her cheeks heating.

Reyansh chuckled softly and pulled her back into his arms, wrapping his jacket around her shoulders. "It's fine, but you owe me for this trauma." His tone was playful, but the warmth in his gaze held something deeper.

She looked down, her voice dropping to a hesitant whisper. "Reyansh... we should tell everyone about us now. What if your family refuses? What if your mother doesn't accept me?" A flicker of doubt crossed her eyes.

Reyansh cupped her face, lifting her chin so she had no choice but to meet his gaze. "You don't have to worry about my mom. She knows I love someone. She just doesn't know it's you yet. And trust me, she'll love you. The only concern is... Badi Maa." His lips curled into a teasing smirk.

Ridhanvi's eyes widened. "Wait-what? What if she refuses? What if your family doesn't approve?" Her worry was genuine now.

Reyansh leaned in closer, his breath fanning over her lips. "Then we'll run away together. Jannat ho ya narak... wherever you take me, I'll follow."
