Evelyn walk towards the room and open the door but stop when it's not even halfway through, because she hears Jay's voice, "let me tell you a story.." Jay utter as he ruffle Iris hair making the younger look at him as she slowly calms down, "there's one guy.. he lost everyone he have and loves and he gave up.. he gave up on living. But.. he then realize that, he don't actually want to give up as he realize that there are people that are willing to walk with him through the broken bridge until they all reach the flower path" Jay continue.
The older is surprise to hear and see a soft and positive side of the latter when all he has been is rough and negative. "All you need to do is to build your trust again even though it hurts you so bad.. And if you need a company, I can spare some time" Jay add as he let out a small smile while caressing the younger head, him holding back his own tears is evident to Evelyn.
The older take a deep breath before pushing the door open wide and walk into the room. She then let out a small smile as Jay slowly retract his hand from the younger awkwardly. "here, i bought you warm chamomile tea, in case you need it.." Evelyn hand Jay the drink which he accept after looking at it for a while. Chamomile tea can help reduce the symptoms of anxiety and improve sleep quality.
"are you two going out..?" Iris asked which caught the two off guard. "no" Jay answered calmly, "then why you two stick together and stay with me?" Iris continue making Evelyn let out a small smile as she sit on the edge of Iris bed, "we go to the same university, and we're working on an assessment together, that's why" Evelyn answered making Jay nod, not even bother to look up at the older. Evelyn then take out her notebook and write a few things on the papre before tearing it up and hand it to Iris. "that's my number, the second one is Jay's, if you need anything, just send me a text or call me, okay?" Evelyn utter making the teenager nod.

The two making their way home after realising the night is coming and they have dormitory curfew, "oh right" Evelyn suddenly stop walking in front of Jay making him frown, "unblock me, Park Jay" She continues making the latter sigh. "what do you mean, I didn't block you" Jay reply making the older scoff as she show the guy that she has been trying to contact him through messages and calls but still can't reach him after the incident.
"..fine, I did. but why should I undo it? we're not that close" Jay continue making Evelyn sigh, "we still have an assessment to finish, I shouldn't do it alone should I?" Evelyn asked which he ignore as he scroll through his phone before he show his phone screen, showing that he has unblock her, "satisfied?" Jay utter making her nod with a small smile. Jay then nod and walk pass the older making her sigh.
"I personally think that you really have split personality disorder" Evelyn utter as she walk beside the guywuth her arms crossed. "I don't" Jay reply right away, "well at least I know you still have empathy" Evelyn utter making Jay scoff, "all people do, Evelyn. the only thing matter is, is it real or are they faking the empathy" Jay reply making her nod in agreement. "let's do the assessment tomorrow since we don't have any class" Evelyn utter making the latter nod, having no choice but to agree with the older.

[ 9AM ]
Hamin walk towards the door as he heard a knock but then surprise as he see Evelyn, "Evelyn?" he utter in shock "good morning" Evelyn said as she walk into their dormitory before Hamin close the front door. "is Jay still sleeping?" Evelyn asked as she turn to the latter, "no, but he's not here, he left the dorm early in the morning, around 7 if I'm not mistaken" the guy answered making her confused.
"really? then I guess I have to wait here, we're supposed to do an assessment but he didn't reply to me" Evelyn reply making the girl nod, "you should wait in his room, in case someone come" Hamin suggested which make the older nod then walk into Jay's room and wait for the latter.
Evelyn look around the neat yet unorganised room then walk to Jay study desk and see how he have a few research materials on it, "he's working so hard for the assessment.." Evelyn mumble to herself and about to walk away from the desk but then a book catch her attention. The Scrapbook. "what is this.." she mumble as she slowly pull the book to her and flip it open then see 'Blith Boys' and 'home' written on the first page, along with some pictures. "it's them.." Evelyn mutter as she slowly flip to the next page.
A smile creep up on her lips as she can sense the happiness and closeness of them by seeing their expression. Evelyn eyes widen as she flip on the next page, "Jay can play guitar?" Evelyn mumble as she run her finger on the photograph, "he looks like he used to be in a band.. he's not one of those mysterious kid then" She mutter with a slight frown before turning the page. "WSC..." Evelyn continue to observe the boys relationship, a smile didn't leave her face at all.
