Jay push the door to his dorm open and walk inside, "Jay?" he heard Hamin called making him hum in reply. "where did you go? you left early" Hamin asked as he spread butter on his toast, making breakfast for himself, "just taking a walk" Jay answered simply, before he walk pass through their small kitchen to his room and push the door open wide then stop as Evelyn come into his sight, flipping through the scrapbook with a small smile on her face.

"what are you doing?" Jay asked as he walk towards the older, "you have pretty circle of friends, they look kind and lovely" Evelyn reply as she flip onto the next pages. "I guess you don't use English with them" She continue as her fingers runs over the unfamiliar words and language. "just sometimes.. but, you know it's kinda rude to go through someone's belonging do you?" Jay crouch in front of the older and close the book before Evelyn can turn to the last pages.

guilt rush through Evelyn veins as her lips turn into a fine line before her eyes slowly move upward and she found her breath hitch as she realised how close Jay actually is with her right now. They hold the eye contact for a few seconds before both of them look away, "sorry, I guess my curiosity drive too hard.." Evelyn said as she stand up to put the scrapbook back on its place, not to forget how her heart is racing itself. "I must be crazy" she mutter under her breath.

Evelyn sigh and turn around to face the latter who is now sitting on his bed edge, "but I'm really curious about them.." she utter, "you said they're kind and lovely, that's what they are" Jay reply, "you don't trust that instant, Jay, based on what in here, you just knew them last year but.. you guys stick together until.. now" Evelyn oppose making Jay look down at his feet, thinking about how every each of the older words are right.

"it's our first time to meet each other as in as classmate, we all aren't the type to make friends"

"but we then got assigned in pair for art assessment, we need to do a sculpture so we meet kinda a lot" Jay utter as Evelyn walk to him and sit beside him. "but you guys did it in pair, how does it bring seven of you?" Evelyn asked. "the first day we spend together as 'classmate' is the day where Sunoo is being bullied by his middle school classmate and Riki, who worked together with him in the assessment, found him arguing with those jerks and eventually start a fight" Jay explain.

"then Sunghoon and Heeseung found them as they walk by the street and got involved in the fight too"

"then Jungwon and I found them and run to hide somewhere"

"and accidentally hiding in Jake's lawn"

"Jake's father is Kim Daehyun.. the famous 'unmarried' billionaire in South Korea, so Jake live separately from him"

"his dad didn't let him socialise that much, no one supposed to know his real neighbourhood"

"but on that day, his father is home so it's not safe for us to go back since he might see us from next house and get mad"

"Jungwon once caught Sunghoon smoking, Heeseung and Riki were in the school basketball team, Jake was the class president while Jungwon was the vice, Sunoo caught Heeseung was involved in illegal racing"

"thus, me, Jungwon, Jake, Sunghoon and Sunoo got picked to represent BLITH for the WSC, and Riki and Heeseung made it to WBC, those events got us going"

Jay continue making Evelyn nod, "I saw the photo of you performing" Evelyn utter making Jay bite his inner cheeks, "I used to be in the school band, but we're not close either, I was just there" He reply making Evelyn nod again, "you don't want to start again?" Evelyn asked making Jay staring onto the space before shaking his head, "I don't think so.." He reply.

"it brings too much... memories"
