Lonnie Hawkins looked with much disgust inside his refrigerator at the very meager and slim pickings that greeted his eyes.

A head of wilting lettuce and a half gallon of milk was not proper food for a strapping fellow like himself, he thought as he slammed it shut nosily. He thought of his wallet which was mightily, mightily just as empty as the refrigerator.

He stomped over to the beat up air mattress in his under furnished Southeast DC studio apartment and sat on it. He picked up today's copy of Washington Post and was about to pull out the classified section to look for at least a part time job to supplement his doordashing and temp work. Then his shifty eyes caught a small engagement announcement in the Lifestyle section.

Distinguished attorney Richard Norland of Arlington, Virginia is set to unite in happy matrimony with Nigel Hawthorne -Cyrus also of Arlington, Virginia and formerly of London ,  England.  More details to be announced on the upcoming wedding.
" He Said Yes And I Will Marry My Friend "

His eyes glittered with cold hate as he read the words. He loathed Nigel Hawthorne -Cyrus. He always had. The man had the uncanny ability to survive anything, his mind raged as he ripped up the newspaper in a fit of anger.

" So ," he retorted," you seduced the old man daddy into not only forgiving you but marrying you ! What! Is your dick and balls made of gold, matey mine! "

He threw the ripped paper across the room and kicked the mattress.

" Fuck you," he screamed wildly.

His lips thinned as he thought hard. Then he smiled.

He wondered what would happen if someone stole away those golden balls and dick ? He wondered how much Richard Norland would pay to get his little annoying hubby  back in his arms?

" Nigel, old boy, you are going to be my meal ticket in more than one way. If old man really loves you he's going to pay big. " His smile spread cruelly on his lips. " Then once he has I'll kill him while you watch. It's only fair. "
