the next morning hank is first to wake up so he goes downstairs and starts making breakfast for everyone since he knows they will be hungover whilst he was cooking breakfast he heard a phone ringing when he found it he discovered it was lucy's phone so he answered it 

tim: hey 

hank: hi

tim: who are you and why do you have my wifes phone

hank: ah your lucys husband 

tim: yes who are you i'm a cop you know

hank: so am i 

tim: she been arrested?

hank: no i'm hank voight erins uncle

tim: right so she stayed with you last night i thought she was staying with erin and jay 

hank: erin and jay are also here they got very drunk last night so i brung them to my house to deal with their hungover asses

tim: right well i just landed in chicago and i don't know where i'm going 

hank: i will come pick you up 

tim: right how do i know it's you 

hank sees jay waking up on the sofa 

hank: do you know what jay looks like 

tim: yep army together 

hank: right so i will bring him 

tim: is lucy still asleep 

hank: yes 

tim: right i will see you soon 

hank: ok 

after they hung up hank went back in the kitchen and put some coffee in a flask for jay 

hank: halstead up lets go 

jay: what?

hank: get up lets go 

jay: ok

jay and hank are in the car 

jay: one; where are we going? and two; thanks for the coffee my head is killing me 

hank: we are going to the airport and your welcome

jay: airport?

hank: lucy is hungover so we are getting her husband 

jay: so you brought me because he's my brother in law 

hank: what?!

jay: please don't shout 

hank: sorry. what?

jay: lucy is my sister so tim is my brother-in-law. 

hank: you are lucy's brother?

jay: yes i told the unit weeks ago when we found out she was coming and you were there

hank: kinda wasn't listening to what you were saying

jay: nice to know

hank: yeah yeah

a few minutes later they arrived at the airport and jay saw tim standing there on his phone. hank parked the car and jay got out and went up to tim

jay: hey it's great to see you man

tim: halstead hey great to see you 

jay: i think we are past last names tim 

tim: ye i suppose your right
