Chapter 21

Tears streamed down Taehyung's face, he did his best to wipe his tears but they kept falling down his eyes. The memory of Seokjin's pained expression when he thought he was the cause of Taehyung's suffering, killed him. No matter how he looked at it, he jumped on Seokjin first and even said his name. As the memories stood clear as day to Taehyung, a part of knew what he was doing. He had been so attracted to the alpha when their eyes finally met and he thought if he was going to shamelessly do it with anyone, why not let it be the gorgeous prince from Junyo.

"Does Seokjin have his memories back?" Taehyung asked.

"Yes, now that I unblocked the seal on your mate mark, he will get his memories back as will Sanghoon." Hangyeol sighed deeply, settling back in his chair. "I don't know if I messed up or not but despite the vision you had, Noona, I just felt it was wrong if I had tried to interfere with Taehyung and Seokjin."

Ari looked down at her lap as her hands clenched into a fist, she then looked at Taehyung. "I somehow feel like you made the right decision but ultimately my visions aren't wrong."

Heavy silence hit the room. Jungkook was the first to speak, he hesitated a bit before looking at them and he spoke with a shaky voice.

"I-I-I had a vision of Junyo Palace falling and King Seokjin crying.

They looked at Jungkook in shock, Ari closed her eyes, hanging her head. She knew it, with the birth of her grandson, war was coming.

"What can we do?" Taehyung asked.

"The only options we have is to either prepare for a war or do everything in our power to prevent it." Ari said as she looked at them. "Nawon without a doubt will rebel but keeping Gwangbaek on our side will help."

"Will Queen Dambi turn on us?" Taehyung asked.

Ari gave him a soft smile. "She absolutely won't turn her back on you guys, I mean, how can she when her son is the Omega King of Junyo."

Taehyung's eyes doubled in size as his jaw fell.

"Wait what?" Jungkook blinked.

"Dambi and I fell in love the moment we met. King Byul sent me to work at the Gwangbaek Palace at the time there was talk of Dambi and Myeong marrying. There was lots of tension because Dambi had her eyes on me and we had a secret liaison which of course ended up with her mating me and me becoming pregnant. Of course Dambi wanted to marry me but with the influence Myeong's family had on Gwangbaek, Dambi had no choice but to marry her. During my pregnancy Myeong tried killing me many times but my visions kept me and you guys alive. However, the day before I gave birth I had a vision of all three of us dead." Tears formed in her eyes. "I gave birth alone in secrecy and I had to do the hardest thing ever, I lied to Dambi telling her you both died at birth before bringing you both to Hangyeol."

Hangyeol nodded. "Since I had just given birth, I was able to help with the both of you for a bit."

Taehyung's eyes widened. "What? Uncle Hangie, I never knew you had a kid?!"

Hangyeol nodded. "It was with King Jihoon of Nawon."

"What happened to your pup?" Taehyung asked.

"Queen Misun threatened to kill me and the pup if I didn't get rid of the pup. I don't get visions like Noona, so I was scared for my pup and I gave him to my close friends Daeyang and Heejin who already had a little boy in Junyo."

"Wait, those are Hoseok Hyung's parents!" Jimin said.

Hangyeol smiled sadly and nodded. "Yes, I knew having you with a king was dangerous but Jihoon and I wanted a pup that was a part of us, it was hard when I had to send you away." Hangyeol looked at Jimin whose eyes began watering.
