Me and Liv are simply in the TARDIS, me over the controls, her sat in a chair. "Doctor" she merely says to me "yeah?" "I keep.. Remembering things, things I don't think I should" "what do you mean?" "Like.. Echoes of another time" "can I do a check?" She just nods "I trust you" I smile and place my hand on her temple "contact.." Inside her mind, I see Wales, the cliffside where we landed before our adventure with Agatha Christie. "Why here?.." I see the woman, stood by the tree, as does Liv "I keep remembering her Doctor.. And, you? But not quite you.. You're stood by the window in my flat.." "I think we should go to UNIT.." I exit her mind and pull down the lever, destination: UNIT Tower..
The TARDIS lands inside the tower, I step out with a big smile "hiya Kate" she smiles too and we hug "to what do we owe the pleasure?" "Do you have a time window" "Doctor- you specifically told us back in the 70s NOT to meddle with time window technology" "do you have a time window?" "Ten floors down" she concedes, me and Liv smile and run down to it..
It's covered with all sorts of levers and light things, I just stroll around the control centre of it before laughing "oh man this is.. This is rough!" Kate then says "oh whatever you try making one of these things, so.. What do you want remembering?" "How well does it work?" "Eh- well, we get glimpses of things, little fleeting moments.. We saw the signing of the declaration of independence but the only thing I can tell you is the colour of the quill" I turn to look at her "which was white" "we've got extra power Kate, Livs sonic can tune itself into the TARDIS telepathic circuits, we can use that.." "What are you trying to do!?" "Liv keeps remembering things, things from another timeline I reckon.. Kate run all communications through me" I state as I put an earpiece in, me and Liv standing in the time window, closed off from the rest of the staff, I hold Livs hands and say to her "ok I want you to focus on as much as you can.. You said you saw me, what was I doing?" "You were.. Stood by the window, muttering to yourself.. All you said was 'I'm so cold'" we look around as the Welsh countryside builds itself around us, the TARDIS there, Liv stood there alone "that's after you'd gone.. I don't know where you went" "it's like I fell out of the world" we watch as Liv, in the memory, stays stood by the TARDIS, talking to it in some way.
"Since it's all paused at the moment.. Let's go to the woman" Liv nods and we walk over to her, by the tree, we see her face and both of us gasp "Doctor that's me!" "But why?! Why would you future self be watching over you like this?.." "Doctor she's saying something" I listen close, as closely as possible "planets.. Planets disappearing.. Fix it Doctor.." As I realise what she said the window shuts down "Kate?" "Sorry Doctor, we've lost the link.." The holograms falls away and we're stood in the empty room "what was she saying?" Liv asks me "planets disappearing.. She said planets are disappearing.."
