[ xiii] | Getting Cold

        "Ow ow! Too tight-!" He squirmed as Skylor had him in a head lock. Skylor smirked and got off of him. "Give up yet"

      "Let me just... catch my.. breath" Kai wheezed. "I bet 5 dollars he won't last the next round" Zane smirked and leaned over the boxing ring. "Bet accepted," Jay have him a fist bump and grinned. Kai rolled his eyes and picked himself up, "I'm out of a month of practice; this is unfair"

      "And I have punched you in the balls yet" Skylor stretched her arms. Kai face heated as he looked away, "That's a threat? Come on, you could do better"

     "You're right; I can" Skylor threw a punch, Kai used her force against her, throwing himself in the air and wrapping his legs around her body and used the momentum to bring her down, holding her hands behind her back but careful enough not to hurt her. Everyone oohed with anticipation and Kai grinned, "You were sayin'... Blaine" He decided to use her codename to get used to it. Skylor gasped for breath, "Yeah right pretty boy," Kai paused, accidently loosening his grip and giving Skylor and opening to kick him backwards and grab his shoulder and throw him down, "Yes!" Zane cheered, his bet on the line. Jay scowled, crossing his arms. "You idiots do something more useful than pissing me off" Kai grabbed Skylor's wrist and brought her down with him and rolling over to get the upper hand. The girl looked startled and Kai smirked, "Where's that move from?"

      "No idea, maybe I picked it up when you kicked me the first time" He grinned in unison. "Fair" Skylor kept his hand on Kai's arm. "We're done"

     Kai nodded and got off of her, "Right" 
     "Hand me the bill" Jay smirked and Zane scowled, "Fine"

     Nya walked in with Cole right behind her, the ravenette looking a bit tired. "So the boxes are fingerprint free and I managed to lock most of them properly to get traced back. Cole helped me with the lifting," She grinned, nudging the exhausted boy in the shoulder. Kai nodded and drank some water. He and Skylor had been sparing all morning and into the afternoon. He was glad for the extra training but a part of him expected for Cole to be there but Nay had borrowed him before. Zane and Jay had been training together to get their aim right, Kai didn't mind the company until the two started to gamble with him.

    "Oh and I got takeout" Cole held up a three pizza boxes, something of a smile on his lips but his cheeks pale. 

    "Yes, a break is appreciated" Zane nodded, holding his chin. "Wait, Where's Lloyd?" Jay noticed first but Kai did before him but just didn't voice his concerns, the ginger annoyed him so h kept his mouth shut. "Right here" Lloyd shuddered in then, wearing a biker jacket and his helmet under his arm. His blonde hair looked shiny but was messy but his green eyes bright as ever. "Sorry I had some reports to turn in the morning" He excused, Kai raised an eyebrow, he felt Nya do the same behind his back. But the brunette shook it off, Lloyd was responsible. 

     He took his bag and took out his laptop, quickly taking a seat and typing away, ignoring everyone else's reactions. It was silent for a few seconds until Kai cleared his throat. Lloyd held his hand but still typing with his other hand and not looking away from the screen. "Uploading schematics for police HQ" Lloyd muttered, totally focused. 

     "Wait, how did you get that? And I was going to do that" Nya rubbed the back of her neck. "Well, I beat you to it then. I got these because I was lucky... Let's make the most of it" 

      Everyone just stood there, a bit surprised. Nya was the first to walk over and examine Lloyd's plan, her eyes reading over the screen before a smirking, "Impressive. I can take it from here" Lloyd nodded and gave her the chair, only then looking at the rest of them. 

     "Sorry about that guys but erm.. thanks for waiting" Lloyd flushed a little, the embarrassment hitting him in the face. Skylor waved it off, "Don't worry; It was alright" 
      "So...-" Jay stepped forwards to Lloyd and swung an arm around his shoulder, Kai glared but didn't say anything, "Anyone up for some pizza?"
