After the Disaster at the Paper Pleasers Village Jaune walked away from everything.
Team RWBY brought nothing but trouble to both Remnant and Ever After.
And Jaune got tired of all of it....and then something unexpected happen to him
After getting ready Fran, Juniper and Jaune made their way back to the rally point
A Large group of Adventurers have gathered to take on the Dungeon with Fran a part of the party
Fran: I can't wait to get in there.
Jaune: ( don't be eager to dive in head on Fran, some enemies are stronger than they appear and you need to plan on how to take them down without costing you anything. )
Fran nods at the wisdom shared as Jaune was worried at what they will face
Donodrand: everyone we have a mission. It is to locate and eradicate a Major Grimm Threat.
Scouts indicate that the Dungeon is fully overrun. High Tier to Mid Tier Grimm are already spawning from the deep. With their numbers we are about to have an Encounter with a newly designated Goblin Stampede.
Now here are the objectives, Eliminate the Stampede by Killing the Goblin King and Queen, if possible Explore the Dungeon and bring it under Guild Control.
Fran was excited
But the Briefing was cut short as someone screamed and blood was spilt
Donorand: what?
They look to the Goblins were on them early
Adventurer: damn they barely made a peep yesterday. Don't scatter hold your ground!
But many adventurers were cut down by the rampage
Jaune: ( damn we're supposed to work as a team but we're scattering apart. They're all over the place....are the Grimm trying to split us apart. )
He gestures Juniper to get to safety as they will deal with it
Juniper nods and went back of the line to stay out of trouble and to protect the more vulnerable adventurers
She kicked any goblin trying to flank the Raiding Parties
The Adventurers thanked the big jackelope
Fran was cutting down any goblin that get close to her
Fran: I'm seeing high tier Grimm among the crowd.
Jaune: ( yeah and the adventurers think they're just mid class. They're gonna get slaughtered. Fran let's thin them out and head for the cave. )
She ran past other adventurers trying to hold back the horde
Adventurer 2: hey newbie! Don't off on your own.
Then he got grazed by a stray arrow
As they progressed Jaune noticed the Grimm running away from Fran's presence
Jaune: ( huh......why are they running? Do they see Fran as a threat? )

Unaware of her growing power She was releasing her Magic which was something the Grimm always feared, the very reason the Grimm followed Salem
She saw an adventurer pinned down by a Grimm and she responds by cutting it in half
Adventurer 3: thanks I owe you one!
Fran: mhm.
Jaune: ( Fran let's not use High Level Magic, we will draw too much attention to ourselves. )
Fran: ( we can draw less attention inside the cave. )
Jaune: ( you're right, but with this current situation we can't get in there easily. )
They looked to see a mass of Adventurers and Grimm fighting and blocking the entrance to the cave
Jaune: ( alright, Fran I know your still practicing but can you give it a try? )
Fran: mhm.
She took a running start but her next step the floor or rather a magic circle forms on her feet as she then leaps to the air
Jaune: ( a simple spell to create platforms to traverse obstacles. They call it air leap. )
She was now walking right above the battlefield
Adventurer 4: whoa....the hell!?
Donodrand: is that Fran!?
Adventurer 1: that kid's insane, Air Leap is a High Level skill reserved for High Class Adventurers.
Fran: ( let's use fire magic! )
Jaune: ( alright, Fire Arts, Tri-Explosion!!!! )
They sent 3 massive blasts right at the Grimm ranks effectively throwing them in disarray
Adventurer 6: she can use Fire Arts too!?
Fran: Sword Art, Sonic Wave!!!
She sent a Horizontal Slash at the horde cutting down the ones in front but they noticed there was a good amount still standing in their way
Jaune: ( alright screw subtlety. I'm using the highest level of Fire Magic, Inferno Arts! FLARE BLAAAAAST!!!! )
Fran aimed her blade at the Horde and sent a devastating attack right at them

Completely annihilating the Horde
Fran: wow.....Teacher is so strong......
Adventurer 1: she made a path directly at the mouth?
Jaune: ( good now Donodrand can take care of the Grimm behind us, let's get in the Dungeon. )
Fran nods as she charges forward
Donodrand: FRAN!
Jaune: ( sorry Donodrand but we're taking care of this one. )
Fran: we'll take out the King and Queen.
But deep inside the Dungeon a New Grimm was being born
The Miasma of all the fallen gathers and creates a whole New Grimm
As it opens it's eyes and flexed it's wings as it made it's voice heard with a howl
Jaune sensed and felt something he has never felt in a long time Fear
