After the Disaster at the Paper Pleasers Village Jaune walked away from everything.
Team RWBY brought nothing but trouble to both Remnant and Ever After.
And Jaune got tired of all of it....and then something unexpected happen to him
The two Adventurers squared off as Amanda whipped out her weapon
Fran: a whip?
Amanda: too out of the ordinary? This is my Wyvern Whisker whip, I had it for many years.
Let's start easy!
The match starts as Amanda makes the first move and swung towards Fran's head which she dodges by a hair's breadth leaving a small cut on her cheek
Amanda: good....how about this!
She swung again as Fran dodged as she tried to shorten the distance between them
But Amanda was keeping her under control
Fran tries to block an attack but her instincts scream at her to dodge and she ducked a horizontal swipe
Amanda: look at you, pretty good!
Jaune: ( if she blocked that attack the whip could have wrapped around me and still hit her and she could Yank me out of her hands...... Fran's instincts have grown sharp after our time in the wastelands and the dungeon.)
The asshole recovers and joins the other spectators
Fran dodged, weaved and ducked all of Amanda's attacks as she makes another attempt to get in close to strike
Amanda being the seasoned adventurer that she is dodged the attack and then spun the handle and smacked Fran who blocked it last minute
Jaune: ( she used the handle!? I've never seen anyone do that before.)
Amanda: wow that was close if this continues you might get a hit on me, in that case I'll show what I got.
Jaune noticed Aura flowing into the whip as it glows violet
Amanda: Whip Art.....Serpent Strike!
She swung but this time with minimal force and the whip moves like a snake
Fran dodged once again but this time it came close and snipped a few hairs off her side
Then the whip destroyed some rocks like it was nothing and came back
Fran dodged again as the whip attacks her from different sides autonomously
Jaune noticed this is somewhat similar to Telekinetic Spells as he used it on himself to destroy the Grimm demon
Amanda: your amazing Fran! That move is a sure fire kill! It's been so long since someone else dodged it!
Fran was getting tired as she expended much energy dodging all the attacks as one got in close and smashed the ground beneath her feet
She blocked the debris with her sword but one got through and hit her in the gut as she was tumbling back
Cruise: she's using more Aura, that attack was stronger than before.
Jaune: ( Fran we can't keep this up much longer.)
Fran: I know.....
She then got into a crouching start
Fran: Wind Arts: Wind Step!
She then moves fast towards Amanda
