"Well now that everyone is here, I will explain..."

"Where is Choi han?" Alberu asked, it was strange that the swordsman wasn't there especially when the topic concerned Cale.

"I don't know, I saw him not long ago and then he disappeared." After all he wasn't lying, that was really what happened. Although Alberu looked at him suspiciously he said nothing more.

"As you know Cale is sick but he's getting better but it's only temporary, let me finish." He said before someone cut him off again. "He said the problem was with one of his capacity the one he used in the repertoire which allows him to read and remember many things. This power is broken because of his fatigue over the last few days, he has difficulty controlling it and activates randomly causing him rather serious problems. Cale told me that he must be unconscious for this power to stopped. Not asleep, unconscious and quite deeply... I saw with the doctor and we can induce a coma to do it with medication but that is dangerous for Cale..." He explained for those who were not with them that day , of course he also changed the truth a little so that no one would be suspicious.

"Dangerous how?" The Duke asked.

"The same reaction he had with the medications rather..."

"You mean kill him?!" The Duke's pupils were trembling when he asked. The others were silent but they were also very worried, they cannot forget what happened.

" Yes... "

"THERE IS OUT OF THE QUESTION TO DO THIS! once was more than enough! "He was very angry, how could he even suggest that ?!

"We have no other solution at the moment and the longer we wait, the more fragile his condition becomes."

"Find something else!" I will never give my authorization for this." The Duke's words were firm, he did not want to discuss it further.

"But- "

Eruhaben was cut off by noise in the communications device connected to the palace. Everyone returned their attention to the device.

"Cale ! Wake up Cale!" The crown prince could be seen near Cale shaking, his body and calling him.

"Alberu is there a problem? "

"Yes, he's having a nightmare again, I can't wake him up!"

" I'm coming." Eruhaben was going to teleport to the palace but first he said something to the duke.

"You know I care about him a lot too I don't want to see him like, so although the doctor's idea is dangerous if there really is no other choice I would do it. See for yourself what state he is in and it may get worse."

"There must be another solution, I'm sure you'll take the easy way without thinking about my son's needs! "

He really wanted to jump for his throat but Alberu called him in panic through the orb. He'll deal with that stupid human later.

Eruhaben quickly appeared at the palace, as soon as he did he rushed towards the redhead.

He could see that Alberu was trying to wake him up but still without success.

Eruhaben looked at Cale on the bed, he could see that he seemed restless while sleeping and his face turned red again. "It must be his ability that's activated."

Alberu nodded, he agreed with the dragon of course Cale had warned them.

Eruhaben in turn tried to wake the redhead, just after a few tries he succeeded. He could see Cale's eyes open even though he still seemed exhausted even though he had just woken up.

"Cale, are you okay?"

He sighed before answering "I'm exhausted,...I can't take it anymore..." The fatigue was clear on his face.

As he spoke the blood suddenly came out of his nose. Eruhaben quickly took a tissue to blot up the blood.

" Did you find a solution ?" He asked the dragon he no longer cared about the blood or that he felt a warm sensation on top of all the other issues he felt with his body, he was just exhausted.

"Yes, the doctor offers a solution with medication but it is dangerous for you and some people are opposed to it."

"It doesn't... matter, I accept..."

As he said this, you could hear someone else start to speak through the orb. She wasn't disconnected, just posed near Cale's bed so everyone could see her condition, especially a certain duke.

"Cale I think you should think about it again."

"No...I've made my decision." He was certainly not going to change his mind, now that he had a solution for him he was certainly not going to give it up.

"Cale, you're just blinded because you're sick and tired. You should let me handle this, I am more capable of making a decision than you and I will find something else to make you feel better, trust your father." He could be as stubborn as his son or even worse than him. He hasn't made many decisions for him, during his life but he was ready to change that, now that he is ill and can no longer do it himself.

" Are you serious ? " Eruhaben asked Deruth a little in disbelief at these words. Others were as outraged as him but remained silent.

"Of course, I am his father I have every right to do so."

The golden dragon was going to continue speaking but Cale spoke again.

"I'm an adult... you no longer have... any rights over me." He was starting to get angry, he knew how the old Cale was treated by his father. This man has absolutely nothing to say about his decisions, he was not interested in his son's life, why should he do it now? He just has to look away like he always has.

-Cale I think you should calm down, you risk summoning your powers without wanting to.

- But he must be free to do what he wants! this ***** idiot has nothing to say ***** duke!

The ancien powers agreed with his decition. It was dangerous but necessary the longer they wait the more exhausted he becomes they don't want to imagine what will happen if he breaks down one day.

"That's true but you're sick and it's affecting you. You are no longer able to do it it is only your pain that pushes you to do anything without thinking about your health. Look at the state you are, how can you think that making it worse is a good idea ?"

"It's not necessarily... what's going to happen."

"There's a big risk of that happening! I forbid it!"
