chapter one : packed luggage & fresh beginnings
" cmon people. let's go, let's go" alaric shouted from the bottom of the staircase, his hands ran through his hair, almost desperate to set off
it was the first of september, autumn leaves were scattered across the pavement, the aroma of fresh coffee lingered in the air from the pot molina had just made
they were on their way to hogwarts for their first ever day, nervousness and dread wrapped around sapphire. she had only gotten a few hours of sleep due to the anxiety forming in her gut making her unable to sleep during the night
the night before, sapphire had prepared everything. her clothes were placed and folded , by molina of course, onto her vanity chair, her bags were packed and full to the prim of expensive products
it was 7:13, the train set off at 8 and sapphire had arisen for 6am. her suitcase was packed and had everything she thought'd she'd need for the days ahead of her
her expensive haircare and skincare, her makeup and toothbrush, clothes, money and other little things she adored
"i will not wait any longer, get down these stairs, NOW" alaric said his voice getting more agitated and louder by the second "it's 7,15. if you don't get down these stairs now you will all be late and you will have to find your own way to school, and i can promise you now i wont have any part in it"
sapphire began to pull her suitcase, she gave her room one last look knowing she wouldn't be seeing it again until christmas, her lips curved into a small smile, she took a deep breathe in she could feel her lungs and chest expanding, feeling the fresh oxygen fill her whole. she released it simultaneously
lara came out of her room doing the same giving her room one was last look, her 2 bags slung over her shoulder, and her hands carrying her suitcase
fortis came out of his room, his eyes were glossy, eyebags sunken and thick. a backpack was slung over his shoulders, he released a few yawns
aurora came out of her room, with eight suitcases full to the brim, four bags and one purse. "fortis! " she called getting his attention "a little help here?!" she said sarcastically
fortis rolled his eyes but let out a small groan as he began to help aurora carry her abundance of luggage
"it is officially 7:17 you all have 30 seconds to reach the bottom of these stairs"
the siblings all reached the bottom of the stairs just as alaric finished counting, making him sigh in relief
the house servants began grabbing all of auroras luggage and loading them into the limo
