King Zeno had created a duplicate of Universe 7 with massive differences and decided to let that world progress without his interference. This introduces the main hero to be sent to Universe 7 but during a time when the would enter an era of darkness
The following morning Izuku awoke in Goku's home as the sun was not out yet so he took initiative and quietly stepped outside. The stars in the sky were slightly visible still Izuku enjoyed the fresh mountain air he then began to do his usual training what he didn't notice was that Goku was already up and observed him. "Not bad" as Goku kept watch over the young hero who trained hard he made his presence known when the young man's workout ended.
Goku: Morning Izuku you look like you put in a lot of work this morning
Izuku turned around surprised then soon bows and apologized.
Izuku: Sorry Goku I didn't know I was being too loud
Goku: Don't worry I usually wake up at this hour to start my workout how about you join me

They began with push-ups then alternated to one arm push-ups and lastly ended with handstand push-ups. After that was over they began doing sit-ups then went for a run their run ended after the sun was up high in the sky.
Goku: That was one hell of a workout
Izuku: Yeah I feel like I pushed myself a little more than usual.
Goku: So Izuku what made you want to become a hero?
Izuku: well it was mainly thanks to my Master Allmight when he made his debut he saved 100 people. I've seen first hand when all seems lost and he arrives a sense of safety can be felt. Wait I have his debut video
Izuku pulled his phone out and looked through all the downloaded hero videos he has and finally found it.
Izuku: Have a look
Goku took the phone and began watching the video what he saw at first upset him people hurt and in a panic then the booming voice could be heard "I am here" followed by a booming laugh.
Goku: I can see why you would be inspired by him. I hope to meet him possibly have a sparring session
Izuku: That might be impossible I'll explain more of my power to you and the rest of the Z fighters.
Goku nodded in agreement "How about we have a sparring session?" Goku offered
Izuku: Ok sure but my combat skill is a bit lacking
