King Zeno had created a duplicate of Universe 7 with massive differences and decided to let that world progress without his interference. This introduces the main hero to be sent to Universe 7 but during a time when the would enter an era of darkness
As night was drawing near on Kame Island Izuku was given money to buy ingredients for dinner so Krillin showed him a place to get groceries they headed back to Kame house. Izuku stepped into the kitchen to begin cooking multiple dishes for the people who would train him.

As Izuku began to cook multiple dishes his soon to be masters observed him closely as they wondered what he was making for dinner.
Vegeta: So brat what's on the menu for tonight.
Izuku: That's a surprise.
That response had somewhat irritated Vegeta but the smell that was coming from the kitchen was the best that he had ever smelled.
Tien: How'd you learn to cook Izuku?
Izuku: My mom taught me when I was a kid since she works as a nurse her schedule was all over the place so she thought it was best for me to cook my own meals.
Yamcha: damn what about your dad?
Izuku: My mom told me he works overseas but I've never met him.
Krillin: do you want to meet him?
Izuku: I do but I'm not sure how he'll feel about me when we meet. Enough about that who's ready to eat.

To everyone's surprise Izuku made a massive spread as he made sure Yamcha, Tien, Krillin, Roshi, Chiaotzu, were served their portions first. Everyone ate and enjoyed the food Izuku cooked Vegeta himself was surprised that Izuku was better than the Chef's Bulma has.
After the meal was finished and everyone but Krillin, Roshi, Goku and Gohan had left Kame house Izuku washed the dishes. After the dishes were done Izuku stepped outside and there he found Gohan who appeared to be waiting for him.
Izuku: Glad you're still up
Gohan: I waited. What did you want to talk about?.
Izuku: I can see you're not like your dad or prince Vegeta. You don't like fighting do you?
Gohan looked down because he thought Izuku would be disappointed in him
Gohan: I don't like fighting very much I want to be a scholar but my dad probably doesn't understand.
Izuku: I completely understand everyone has their own dreams. For me I wanted to be a hero to protect everyone to be able to smile while protecting those who can't fight for themselves. I also do it for her

Izuku showed his phone to Gohan and was surprised to see a girl looking around 6 years old
Gohan: Who is she?
Izuku: That's my daughter
Gohan: Daughter?!
Izuku: long before I was brought here I was a part of a Hero raid operation. We were sent in to take down a group of dangerous Yakuza who were creating bullets to erase quirks. She was the catalyst of their creation her quirk allows her to rewind anything to either it's prime or out of existence.
Gohan was growing angry a child younger than him was suffering and nobody knew what she was going through.
Gohan: Where is she now?
Izuku: She's probably waiting for me but I know that she'll be in good hands. I also need to keep a promise to a fellow hero who died during the rescue to buy us time to get away.
Gohan: What was the promise?
Izuku: the promise was to keep her smiling because the world needs smiles
Gohan: What was the hero's name?
Izuku: His hero's name was nighteye and even on his deathbed he smiled until life left his eyes. I train hard to get strong enough to protect everyone I love.
Gohan was in awe to hear such conviction he wondered if his conviction could be just as strong
Izuku: Gohan you said you want to be a scholar why don't you be the first to make a scientific breakthrough in the study if Ki control.
Gohan: The study of Ki control?
Izuku: Yes if your family and only a handful of people can use this power write a book on how to access ki, how to fight.
The way Izuku worded this was like music to Gohan's ears a field of research nobody has ever done before.
Gohan: If I go down that path will you help me?
Izuku: I'd be glad to help you. I also want to teach you something important
Gohan: what's that?
Izuku: Even when we have a period of peace never forget to train because a new threat could be lurking. You have the potential to be a great warrior I'm sure your dad notices it.
Gohan: I'm scared to fight because when I get angry I don't remember anything only when I get control I see what happened to the person I fight.
Izuku: I get it but you can use your rage to be a tool. It's okay to be angry for the right reasons there will be those you meet who with words nothing will change them so you have to fight.
Gohan: I'll do my best but will you help me along the way
Izuku: I have your back all the way. Now let's get to bed now because my training is going to be a lot harder.
