King Zeno had created a duplicate of Universe 7 with massive differences and decided to let that world progress without his interference. This introduces the main hero to be sent to Universe 7 but during a time when the would enter an era of darkness
The next day at the Son family home Goku had gently woken up everyone it was around 5:30 in the morning while Chichi was still half asleep she managed to ask " Why are we up so early?"
Goku: We're going to work out now it's all light training right now the intense training will be around noon so let's all get dressed for training.
Everyone had done some early morning routines except they skipped a heavy breakfast instead Chichi decided to make mixed fruit bowls for everyone. Once their light snack was eaten they all went to change Izuku wore the green Gi Piccolo made him, Gohan wore his purple Gi and Goku wore the iconic turtle hermit gi. Chichi had walked out in her old Gi the same one she wore during the 23rd world martial arts tournament.

Goku's eyes widened seeing that Chichi still looked like she was still the same age as when they reunited during the 23rd world martial arts tournament.
As they were outside Goku led the group in warm-up stretches which lasted 20 minutes. Afterwards he then began to explain what was going to happen next
Goku: Alright guys I'm going to help Chichi get back into fighting she has a fighting style similar to the turtle hermit so I'll give her a refresher course. Izuku can you and Gohan spar?
Izuku: Got it. Since we spent the year in the hyperbolic time chamber together do you want me to teach Gohan anything in particular
Goku: how about to use a sword but grab the training swords from Yajirobe.
Izuku: Got it. Come on Gohan let's get to training.
Gohan: Okay let's get to it.
The two young men gave Goku and Chichi a good amount of space so that they wouldn't get in their way.
Goku: Okay Chichi want me to cover the basics of the turtle hermit fighting style.
Chichi: sure a refresher course will help it's been a while.
With Izuku and Gohan
Izuku: Okay Gohan we're going to focus on close combat then I'll grab some practice swords from Yajirobe.
Gohan: Okay sounds like a plan. I'm ready when you are.
