King Zeno had created a duplicate of Universe 7 with massive differences and decided to let that world progress without his interference. This introduces the main hero to be sent to Universe 7 but during a time when the would enter an era of darkness
The next day after the Ox-king had visited the Son family and Izuku slept in until 8 in the morning. They then enjoyed a great breakfast thanks to Izuku and Chichi. After an amazing breakfast Gohan had carried Chichi to the lookout while Izuku and Goku had collected the Z fighters.
After a half an hour Goku and Izuku had arrived at the lookout with the rest of the fighters although everyone seemed excited Vegeta was annoyed since he was planning on using the gravity chamber to up his training.
Vegeta: Why are we here Kakarot?
Goku: Well we're here because there is a room where if we spend one day there an entire year passes
Vegeta seemed shocked that such a room exists on earth and he began to think about the possibilities to take advantage of the room.
Mr.Popo: Hello everyone welcome to the lookout and remember the room of spirit and time can only handle so much so whoever plans to go in today must wait a day before it's usable again we don't want anyone to get trapped inside
The idea Vegeta had to take advantage of this room was shot down immediately but at least he'd get a turn as well.
Kami: Who will enter first
Goku: Can three people enter at once
Kami: it's possible but i will have to upgrade the room once you emerge when the year has concluded.
Goku: Gohan, Vegeta, the three of us will go in first I'll teach you how to go Super Saiyan. First Im going to take Izuku to king Kai
Piccolo: allow me to join the kid maybe I can learn something.
Goku had instant transmission to King Kai's planet and requested he could train his friends but upon arriving both Izuku and Piccolo had collapsed under the gravity of the planet.

Goku: King Kai please allow my two friends to train under you.
King Kai: Well Goku seeing as this is an emergency and the fate of humans lies in the balance I won't require a joke to accept new students.
When Goku left Izuku and Piccolo they both tried to get their bearings and stand but the gravity was too much for them
King Kai: Would you like me to decrease the level of gravity?
Izuku: no we need to adapt three years will pass by in a flash and this has got to be the quickest way to get stronger.
Thus began the intense training of both Izuku and Piccolo although Piccolo was adjusting quick but Izuku wouldn't give up. After some time passed Izuku had finally managed to stand up and slowly move.
A few hours passed and Izuku was able to move a lot more now his training for now was to let his body get comfortable with the planets gravity. Phase two would require him to chase bubbles the chimp while King Kai was teaching Piccolo a new technique
King Kai: Alright piccolo the technique I'll teach you is called Kiao-ken. This lets you multiply your power to greater heights.
Piccolo: Is there a downside to this technique?
King Kai: using this technique forces your body to over excerpt your muscles. Overusing this technique will tear your muscle fibers but being Namekian you can regenerate what ever is damaged
Izuku: King Kai will I also learn this technique?
King Kai: Yes I will but first you need to complete the conditioning so that your body is prepared an unfit body will lead to you to tearing your body up from the inside.
Izuku: Understood King Kai I promise not to rush the process.
King Kai: Good but I may be able to teach you a technique that Piccolo may not be able to learn.
Izuku: What's this technique?
King Kai: it's called The Spirit Bomb. This attack channels the energy of every living thing around you it's power is so great that you potentially can destroy the planet. Think of the possibilities if you have people offer their energy.
Izuku: Is there any drawback?
King Kai: The person using this technique must be pure of heart. If there is any malice found within you it will destroy you.
Izuku suddenly got the flashback to the moment when Allmight told him about OFA

Izuku shivered in nervousness because this attack could potentially cause a user to implode if any malice should be found in them.
King Kai: Don't worry kid I've read your mind and heart and I haven't sensed any malice in you.
