Goku and Chichi had a second child named Goten who resembled his father a lot. In order for the Son family to have enough room Goku offered Izuku Grandpa Gohan's home which worked for everyone and Izuku wouldn't be too far from the Son family home.
Though days seemed shorter as the Android threat approached Goku had taken the heart medicine as soon as he began to feel sluggish and small pain in his chest one pill was given to Bulma so she could make more medicine in case someone else caught this virus.
