As Ayanokouji walked in, he couldn't help but look around.

In recent times, dungeons have produced many rare minerals that can be sold at very high prices.

The grandfather of Fuka Kiryuin had seen the future profits from dungeons.

Since he had experience in business, he knew that plenty of people would farm minerals and sell them.

That's why he hired top craftsmen from all over the world to work for him.

Because he started early, his crafting company had become stable for anyone wanting to buy a weapon.

With this, they started branding out and hiring hunters to work for them.

This led the Kiryuin family to gain unimaginable amounts of wealth.

Ayanokouji pov

Looking around the room; I saw it was filled with plenty of rare and expensive metals.

This included plenty of minerals collected from dungeons.

Looking around, I couldn't help but sigh. The money this family gained could be compared to the past richest families.

Recently, I've even heard they made it to the top family in Japan.

But I wasn't here for any of that.

Looking in front of me sat a beautiful girl with silver hair. They were as shiny as crystals.

Her ruby-red eyes stared straight at me.

" Hello, Kohai kun," Kiryuin spoke after a pause

Kiryuin looked different from high school. Well, not physical appearance but more of a feel of her.

Something about her changed. It wasn't like she was more arrogant, but like she gained more confidence, although she was prideful before, after losing to Shiba, her grin wasn't as wide as earlier.

Looking at her smile, I saw a bit of her old prideful self.

" Hello, Kiruin," greeted Ayanokouji

" No, Senpai, no more?" Asked Kiryuin with a teasing tone

" If you want me to call you senpai, I'll gladly call you Senpai," responded Ayanokouji

" No need," dismissed Kiryuin with boredom

" So why did you want to meet me?" Asked Kiryuin

Kiryuin sat up straight and looked deeper into my eyes.

" I want you to join my raid team," I spoke

I looked into her eyes without blinking

I saw her smile at my response

" Sure," replied Kiryuin

I wasn't expecting that.

" But under one condition," Demanded Kiryuin.

I saw Kiryuin raise her delicate finger and point it at me.

" If you defeat me," Demanded Kiryuin

" Sure," I agreed

This fight wouldn't be difficult since I've heard she's an A rank. The difference between A and S is like night and day.

Narrators pov

As both parties walked outside. A red eye watched them walk away. 

When they both entered the training ground, Ayanokouji looked around. The place was spacious and was filled with concrete. 

" Should we start?" Asked Ayanokouji 

Since it wasn't him who requested the fight, it felt right for him to ask. 

" Of course," Responded Kiryuin 

Kiryuin being classed as a fighter took out two beautiful swords. Though they looked normal with a red edge, they held great power within. 

Ayanokouji getting ready waited for Kiryuin to make a move. 

Kiryuin seeing Ayanokouji not attacking immediately ran towards him. 

Ayanokouji seeing her move he immediately put up his guard. 

As Kiryuin closed the distance she swung her sword. Seeing Ayanokouji not moving Kiryuin was worried it was going to kill him but it was too late to do anything. 

However before her sword connected, a dagger appeared in the hand of Ayanokouji. He moved too quickly for her to react. Her sword ended up hitting nothing as Ayanokouji appeared behind her. 

Through one year of experience, she got more than Ayanokouji, she ended up dodging a dagger stab toward her head. As she bent her legs to dodge a second stab went straight to her body. 

As Kiryuin saw the blade, she jumped back. 

Seeing Ayanokouji stand there holding the dagger without even a sweat on his forehead, Kiryuin couldn't help but feel happy. 

As expected from Kohai Kun, he's truly someone interesting thought Kiryuin 

Kiryuin holding her two swords up, swung them both at Ayankkouji. A red sword chi came after her blades touched the air. 

Ayankkouji feeling the danger hidden within the sword Chi decided to dodge. As he moved left. Kiryuin had already come forward and swung both swords at Ayanokouji. 

Ayanokouji decided to end it quickly so he used the assassin skill invisibility. 

Since it was a common skill that pretty much every assassin had Kiryuin immediately recognized it. 

Since she didn't know when and where Ayanokouji was going to appear, she decided to give up. 

" I give up," Spoke Kiryuin bitterly 

Ayanokouji appearing out of nowhere looked at Kiryuin and spoke. 

" Is this enough," with a hint of displeasure in his tone 

" Yeah, it's enough, I'll join you're raid team," 

Hearing the answer Ayanokouji wanted, he almost wanted to smile.

Timeskip 

Ayanokouji pov 

Walking out of the Kiryuin mansion, I tried to think of another person to join my raid team. 

At this point, we've already got a healer, an assassin, and a fighter. Although most raid teams hold about ten and there are six types this means you'll have multiple. 

seeing a tall red-haired man walk across the street. I recognized him. He's Sudou. 

Seeing him made me think he might be a tank so I ran after him.

Kiryuin was put as a fighter because I see her using swords. Plus her skill is one of her best qualities so using swords fit as swords requires skill
