Hour is seen using his ability to enter the Main Floor, Triangle District, Square District, Circle District, and Heart District all at the same time. He makes a speech talking about everything he has discussed with the Resistance and convincing everyone to join. Members of each district seem to be convinced by this information and ready to fight.
"...If you're ready to prove your worth, come join us on the thirtieth row, fifth button!"
Members of each district make a war call and head to the elevator.

Cat, Vine, and Sapi arrive on a floor in River's notebook entitled "Doctor Chan's Office". It has a large glass dome in which you are able to see men working in the floor below. The whole room is filled with old-timey computers and files. There's elevators on both sides of the room. Rather than Doctor Chan being on her computer, she's talking to two members of the Diamond District. Doctor Chan turns around, noticing the uninvited intruders in her office.
"Well, here are the little troublemakers, gracing us with their presence." Doctor Chan smiles menacingly.
She starts to walk unnaturally close to Sapi, with the two members on her tail.
"Recently I heard you used your powers, didn't you?"
Sapi gasps and gives a glare to the two members.
"You bitches." She mutters, attempting to attack them but being throw onto the dome by Doctor Chan.
"Fatima Diaz!" Cat cries out.
She tries to head towards her, but Vine holds her back.
"We're giving you no chances. We want freedom. We don't care who we have to go through, we know what you've done and we're not backing down." Vine scowls, directing to Doctor Chan.
"What are you going to do? Call mommy? Oh yes, I recall. You don't have one." Doctor Chan laughs.
Sapi, finally conscious from being thrown, uses her ability to crack both of the members' heads. Giving them either a concussion or much worse. Doctor Chan gasps and looks over to Sapi and angrily walks up towards her.
"You disrespectful wrench. I hope one day you learn what goes around comes around."
Doctor Chan grabs Sapi by both arms, forcibly breaking the glass dome and having her land on a man's desk.
"Punish her!" She demands, shrilling.
The man, in which his desk was smushed by a teenage mutant, drags Sapi by her arm and takes her to the floor in which Levi had been a few days ago. She doesn't fight but gives one last glance to Vine and Cat.
"Free us." She whispers.
"NO! WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO TO HER!?" Cat shrieks, crying.
Doctor Chan walks closer up to Cat.
"There is a story about two boys about your age, Levi and River. They were the nastiest of trouble makers. They were both punished. Their powers are in my control for further experiments. But for great power comes great, sacrifice. But, in other words for your minuscule brain to understand, they were both killed." Doctor Chan grins.
"Both?" Vine stutters, her face going from angry to pale.
On the other hand, Cat's face moves to pure ambivalence. But out of nowhere the elevator opens to hundreds of children from different districts with Hour leading the group.
"WE ARE THE RESISTANCE!" They all call out.
"Pathetic." Doctor Chan utters, blowing a whistle with the same amount of men coming out the other elevator.
"Let's have a ball." She chortles evilly, walking on top of her desk to view the battle.
All children from all districts use their abilities in order to fend themselves from the men they're fighting against. Vine laughs in a same instance as Doctor Chan, but fending for the Resistance as she takes down five men at once, choking them with vines.
"Ugh. This is why men suck! None of you can even take one child down!" Doctor Chan yells out in annoyance.
"Watch how many I can headshot in a row." Doctor Chan flexes, pulling out a Glock and annunciating the phrase "In a row".
She proceeds to shoot a member of the Circle District. Then, a member of the Heart District. Then she aims for Hour, he notices, but is too slow to react. Cat heeds the fact Doctor Chan is about to end the life of her dearest friend. She couldn't bear to lose another soul. She might as well die knowing there's a chance those around her will be freed rather than living in a place worse than hell itself. She jumps in front of Hour, blocking the headshot and the bullet aiming for her stomach.
"KIRA KENDRICK!" Hour caterwauls, sobbing.
"Free us." Cat undertones, her last words in consciousness.
"Ugh. Stupid kid got in the way. Now, don't be idiots! Preserve the bodies!" Doctor Chan orders, directing it towards the men.
One man grabs the Circle District member's body, another man grabs the Heart District member's body, a final man attempts to grab Cat's body but Hour slaps him in the face before he could.
"My mother taught me that." He grimaces.
Before the man could speak, Vine grabs him from his waist and lunges him through the wall, the pressure was hard enough in which there had been a hole made. The bright sunlight of the outside leaves the kids wincing. It's been a long time since they'd seen something like that. A member of the Triangle District snaps out if it.
"EVERYONE! SAVE YOURSELVES!" They shout, pointing at the hole.
Kids all scamper and jump out from the building landing on the dumpster. Some make it, some die after the fall. Hour gets shoved by all the kids wanting to leave, he tries his best to stay close to Cat's body, but ends up getting further and further. Vine tries to join the crowd, but it is too late. For she thuds on the ground, being that one of Doctor Chan's men had cracked her neck. It was a man to a similar appearance to another man Vine had just choked.
"ALICE HUGHES!!!" Hour wails.
"Free us." Vine mutters in her last seconds of consciousness before she gets dizzy and faints.
Before Hour has a response, he falls off the building and lands in the dumpster safely. More gunshots are heard in the distance of those unable to escape. He has his last look at the building before he runs off like the others. Rather than running to the middle of nowhere. He finds an alleyway with a back door leading to a dark Mattress Firm that says "Closed" on its outside. He enters the store and hides under one of the beds. After a few hours, he ends up crying himself to sleep. Knowing, he had just lost three of the only people he cared about.
