I walk to Flowers place along with Coiny.

"Oh and guess what. Pin is coming so maybe if I'm lucky I can strike a conversation with her. Maybe a bit of flirting and maybe if I'm lucky I can make out with her and maybe, just maybe, I can go skinny dipping with her." He says not embarrassed at all.

"You're really a weirdo." I groan and shove him a bit.

We finally reach Flowers mansion and we can already hear the loud people and music. We both go inside. I walk over to Gelatin and I already lose Coiny.

"What's up dude." I ask.

"Nothing much." Gelatin shrugs.

I then hear a loud noise. "I knew you would be here Firey Smoke!" I look over my shoulder and see Blocky running into me.

He's shirtless, really sweating and he's looking more ugly than a few hours ago.

I fall on the ground and I raise an eyebrow. "Damn." I recovered from the push I received from Blocky. I raise my hands up in retreat and smirk. I'm glad I do football. I'm used to this shit.

"Woah there bud. What's got you so damn pissed?" I say in a calm yet cocky voice.

He stares at me with fire in his eyes. His hand clenching harder than it already has. His breath is becoming more and more hard. His eyes are sharp like knives. I see people have made a circle around us but it's hard to recognize them through all the bright lights at the party.

He comes straight at me with a punch. I dodge it and counter with a punch to the side of his face. It was easy to dodge since he's all drunk and can barely walk in a straight line.

"Oh damn, someone drank a little too much tonight. Now you didn't answer my question. What got you so damn pissed." I laugh.

The people in the crowd are gasping and whispering to each other.

He frowns at me and tries to stand up a bit more straight. "Y-you. You talked to Leafy!" He snapped.

I laugh at his reply. "I talked to her. So? What does it have to do with you being so damn pissed?"

He shakes his head and sighs. "I like her dumb-ass!" He booms.

I laugh uncontrollably. "Y-you like Leafy! That's hilarious. You think a girl like Leafy Wisteria would like you back? Ha ha, no bud. She wouldn't like a fool like you." I smirk and look down at him.

He frowns even more and tries to push me but before he can do that I push him aside.

I watch him stumble into the crowd and they all gasp. "We both know that she deserves a man. Not a boy. A man. A man like me." I boast.

Blocky stares at me with fear in his eyes and runs away. That's what he deserves. If anyone is to date Leafy it's me. Or maybe a man who's like me or better. Than I agree. But Leafy is a woman after all. She can make up her mind and do anything she wants.

The crowd starts to walk away and continue what they were doing. Making out, dancing, drinking bottles of wine, all that stuff.

I walk to a table and not care who's sitting beside me. I groan and lean my head into my hands that are arched up on the table.

I then feel someone poke me. A thin body, clear skin, and a tight black dress. I'm too tired to even look up at the ladies dress. "What?" I groan.

"Firey? Are you okay?" The voice says.

I recognize that voice so I look up and see Leafy. Her hair is down and it looks amazing. "L-Leafy! You're here?" I blurt out.

She laughs and nods. "Hell yeah I'm here!"

I smile. "I like your hair down. Looks nice." Once I say that she starts playing with her hair twirling it around.

"Awe, thanks." She says her cheeks turning a bit pink. "Why are you here?" She asks, moving a bit away from me.

I shrug. "Coiny brought me along. Why are you here?" I return the question.

She smiles. "Same damn reason. Pin brought me here."

"When did you get here." I ask.

"Right now." She answers.

I nod and smile. It seems like she wants a drink. "I can get you a drink if you want."

She frowns and shakes her head. "Ugh, not a fan of drinking. It sucks."

I'm a bit surprised by her answer. "Huh, alright then. So Flower invited you to her place I guess?" I say without thinking.

She shakes her head. "Like I said. I never planned to be here. Pin dragged me along." She then stands up. "I need to piss. Be right back."

I nod and watch her leave. While she leaves I grab out an envelope and read it.

Dear Firey,

I'm glad you're feeling so much better and I'm even happier to see your letter. Not many teens like you write to old ladies like me.

I've been pretty good, what about you? I have been crocheting. I'm making a teddy bear for a little girl who visits me every now and then. She's a cute girl. Brown hair, caramel skin, and she wears the cutest dresses. Speaking of girls. Do you have a lucky person?

Oh, and your grandpa is doing just fine. He's trying not to smoke but I'll tell him you said that. I don't want him to die too. Ha ha.

I'm glad there aren't any fights at home for you. Maybe you should strike up a conversation to kill that silence. Don't want an awkward household do you? I hate it when it's super silent in the house. It feels like there isn't anyone home.

Oh darling, don't worry about me. I'm an old lady now and all that stuff is in the past. Yes it hurt but it also allowed me to grow. I want to focus on you right now. And you need my help. It was hard but I love your father and your grandpa. I can't let them get hurt.

But don't worry about me. I really miss you as well. I miss you so much Firey Smoke. I hope you have an amazing day as well. And remember grandma loves you.

                                                                                         -Your grandma, Aspen.

I fold the letter and put it back into my pocket. I turn to the washrooms and I see Leafy with a gold ring and a shiny necklace in her hand sliding it into her pocket. She then starts talking to herself and smirking with joy.

"Mission done." Well that's what I think she said. I can't really lip read but that's what I think she said.

She starts walking to me and I get out of my seat and walk up to her as well. "What took so long?" I ask.

She turns a bit red. "Sorry, Pin had to say something to me."

"Was that your necklace and ring you put in your pocket?" I blurted out.

She nods and smiles. "Yup it was mine. It was hurting so I took it off."

I swear I never saw her with that on. Not even the ring. I would understand if she took the ring off but the necklace too? Kinda weird. But I ignore it. It's not my problem.

I nod. "Alright then. Wanna get some food?"

She shrugs. "Eh, I don't mind."

We both walk to the table of food. "It's like any party. Pizza, chips, and a bowl of fruits." She says.

I nod. "Real. That's so damn true." I start grabbing three slices of pizza. I turn to see what she's getting but to my surprise she's grabbing nothing. "Are you gonna eat something?" I ask.

She nods. "Yeah, just thinking." She then starts muttering to herself. "Two hundred and eighty five calories in one slice of pizza. A bowl of fruit is like one hundred calories." She then lets out a groan.

I feel a bit concerned for her. "Are you okay? You look stressed." I say with concern in my voice.

She shakes her head and grabs a slice of pizza. "Nah, I'm good. Let's go back, sit, talk, and eat." She says with a bit of nervousness in her voice.

I nod and follow her to the table. We both sit down and I start devouring the pizza. I look up at her and talk to her with my mouth full.

"You barely touched that shit. Eat up or I might just feed you." I say, bits of food flying through my mouth.

She frowns and starts to yell at me. "Ugh, your mom really didn't teach you manners. You're such a bum. Don't eat with your mouth full or you'll choke."

I smile and swallow my food. "Alright mommy. I won't do that again as long as you don't ground me."

I watch her face turn really red. "Ugh, ass-hole!"

I then start to laugh. "Yeah, yeah, yeah. But seriously please eat, it's starting to concern me."

She nods and starts taking bites of her pizza. "Happy?" She says with food in her mouth.

I smile and nod. "You're kinda making me sad though." I say.

She frowns and gasps. "How!?" She retorts.

I sigh and pretend to look really sad. "You told me not to talk with food in my mouth and that it'll choke me but look at you with food in your mouth while talking. It's not really nice Leafy. I don't think your mommy taught you manners."

She frowns even more and sighs. "Mean."

I just laugh.
