Y/N barely got into the train on time. She was late, she wanted to get some snacks before the train moved considering her favorite snack was a muggle snack. She was kind of dissapointed Hogwarts Express didnt have any muggle snacks.

She started looking for her dad, opening the train compartments one by one. She was getting irritated as she kept on looking for Remus.

She opened another compartments door only to see a certain blonde, Draco Malfoy. Normally Y/N would get annoyed by even seeing his face, but now, the change of Draco's apperiance caught her off guard. His normal slicked back blonde hair was left loose. He looked older, he looked much more mature, he looked... Oh god what was she thinking.

"Looking for your little friends, Lupin?"

Of course he would say something like that. Y/N got her senses back and rolled her eyes.

"Yes, where are your friends? Did they leave you alone here?" She asked in amused tone.

"They went out to buy some snacks."

Y/N laughed at the explanation. She found it amusing that Draco explained something to her logically.

She was about close the door before she noticed the crowd outside. Dementors... There were many of them. Draco followed the girls eyes in curiosity while Y/N got closer to the window. He furrowed his brows as he mumbled something under his breath.

"Harry..." Y/N muttered as she realised. She turned around to leave to compartment.
A hand stopped her. Draco was looking at her dead in the eye as he pulled her inside the comparment.

"What are you doing?" Y/N said before getting ready to leave again.

"Do you want to die?"

She turned around to face Malfoy again as she smirked.

"Ohh, little Malfoy scared for my safety?"

Before Malfoy could answer a dementor charged in and started sucking the little Lupin's soul.

Malfoy's eyes widened. Y/N was the first one to react,

"Expecto Patronum!"

Y/N quickly got out of the comparment before Malfoy could say anything. He was still in a small shock.

She kept on looking inside the compartments. She finally heard a voice, her fathers voice to be exact. She ran towards the her fathers voice in a panicked manner.

She saw finally saw her dad. He was helping Harry. "Dad!" She yelled. When Remus noticed his daughter he pulled her into a hug.

"Dad?" she heard the gingers voice.

She pulled away from the hug and looked around. Her eyes met Harry's eyes gaining his consciousness and noticed Hermione's presence.

"What happened?"

"A dementor attacked him."

"Oh."

Harry, Hermione and Ron had already left. Y/N was about to leave her father to join her friends but Remus stopped her from doing so.

"Are you okay? Where were you? Did anyone attack you?"

Y/N paused for a moment. She didnt know if she should lie or tell the truth. She didnt want her father to worry, but decided that he deserved to know it anyways.

"Yes, I'm alright, I was inside the compartment with Malfoy, and su-"

"Malfoy?!" Lupin said in a shocked tone.
