Cale stare at the red wall in one of the rooms of City Hall. "That energy-" Cale shiver as he stare at it.

"How eerie." Cale commented before deciding to turn away and look back into the house.

Seyeru was in the house so he needs to be careful. While Cale was thinking how to get past the Bear King, an opportunity present itself as Seyeru ran out of the house.

"Nice." Cale smirk before slipping past everyone from the back door. "Who the he-" Before the black mage could even finish his sentence he was drop dead.

Blood oozes out from the slit in his throat. In front of him stand Cale with his honey eyes turned red, beautiful red willow leaves flutter all around him.

Cale’s bloodline power. The Thames family was one of the hunter households. Just like any other hunter households they had their own unique powers.

However, the Thames family ,unlike any other hunter families,  had a unique trait. The people in their family each has a unique wood-attribute power of the own.

Drew had the annual ring of life, which Cale is in possession of now. And Cale had the dancing willow.

It basically allow him to manipulate the characteristics of the willow tree. And his uncle also has his own power.

Although Cale had no idea what it is until this day. The reason Cale was unable to use this power before was because it had been sealed.

Or that what his uncle told him. Cale had a berif talk with Dawn before he disappear of to who knows where.

Flashback,

Cale was currently very anxious. His mother left for Harris village this morning. He don't know why was he had a gut-turning feeling.

Cale can't sit still anymore, not knowing where and what his mother was doing right now.

So he decided to check on her, not knowing this will be the biggest mistake he'll ever made in his life.

He secretly used a teleportation scroll to Harris village and went on an adventure to search for his mother.

He heard voices coming from somewhere so he follow it to the source to see her mother fighting.

Fighting a bunch of black clothed men. Then he saw a two villagers coming this way, so he was glad.

They can help her. Cale was just a child so he can't help her. He'll only get in her way.

But what he saw next broke his heart. When the assassins saw the villager they throw two daggers at them intending to end them but Drew didn't let it happen.

She was able to reflect one dagger but the other one went right into her stomach. Cale’s eyes widen.

"Mommy!" Cale yells as he ran to her. The two villagers ran away as soon as they saw the blood and daggers.

"Baby? What are you doing here." Drew seem shocked to seee him. She looks anxious too.

"Shit we need to get out of here. Baby hang on." Drew said as she pick Cake up into her arm despise her injuries.

"Mommy blood." Cale was traumatized. There were so much blood that it started seeping into his clothes.

"Baby no matter what happens close your eyes and stay quiet." "Well well well it seem we have another rat to kill."

"Should we just take the brat? The patriarch might like it." Drew went into a protective stance before turning around and sprinting at the speed of light.
