After a session of interrogation with Kim rok soo, Alberu was now currently I the Assembly Hall.

“Then this is the team we will first send into the temple.” "I will be going as well." A clam voice broke the silence in the Assembly Hall.

Everyone turn to the person who dares to oppose of the crown prince’s decision. There stood the crown prince’s fiancée in all his glory.

Cale was still bloodie and had not changed yet. He knew Alberu would not let him go if he didn’t come now.

"Cale!" Alberu was by Cale’s side the moment he saw him. Alberu took Cale from Hilsman's arms.

He even send Hilsman a glare before shutting the door in his face. Cale came into the room being supported by Hilsman.

He was still covered in blood but his face has been wipe clean. He was as pale as snow. Even his lips were turned blue.

He was shaking and his skin was as cold as ice. "Why did you come here in this condition?"

Alberu help Cale sit down. Cale shake his head. "Because i know you would've already made the desicion by now."

Alberu frown. "Absolutely not. How will you go in this condition. You look like you will collapse with a gush of wind."

Cale just smile. "Alberu I need to go." Alberu frown and look at Cale. He know this look.

Cale face is indicating he will not change his mind. "Can you at least tell me the reason why you must go?"

Cale smile mysteriously. "HE cannot see the rings." Alberu furrowed his eyebrows. "What rings."

Cale held Alberu hand and smile at him. Indicating that's all he can say. Alberu mind was a mess. Then he lean to Alberu's ear.

"And plus it would paint a greater picture for us if the crown prince fiancee were to go to battle personally."

Cale whisper the last part into Alberu's ears. Alberu frown as he wanted to protest. He can't let his beloved go to such a dangerous place.

"But Cale-" He was about to protest but freeze when Cale gave him a fleeting kiss on his cheek as he lean up from his ears.

Alberu had a red tint on his cheek as Cale proceeded to look at him with big round eyes.

"Damn it. You really know how to get your way. Don’t you?" Alberu grumble as Cale just smile.

"Fine." Alberu sigh. "But 5 minutes. That'll be all i can give you. After the first 5 minutes you must return and not step in again."

They were whispering among each other. Cale nodded, satisfied. Because he knew more than anyone, the door will not open again after they enter.

It was the same in their last life. They went in thinking it was just 5 minutes but things just escalated.

Back then Cale's wasn't hurt so Alberu didn't put up much of a fight. Plus Cale maybe weak but he is one of the people with the strongest mentality.

Then Alberu sigh and change the list before, reading the list out loud again. Cale was sitting in his chair while he was standing.

Everyone was looking at them with a teasing look. But Cale can't protest Alberu. He needed to go inside the temple after all.

“Don’t you think that this is not enough people?” Queen Litana could not help but be anxious after looking at this list of names. However, Alberu responded calmly, without any hesitation.

“As I explained earlier, there is no need for a lot of people to go into the temple, your Majesty.”

Toonka, who had been quietly listening, frowned and mumbled to himself.
