I was hesitant at first but he was really persistent. It took 15 minutes drive to reach our house.
Bumaba ako sa side car at nagpasalamat sa kaniya.
"Thank you..." Nahihiyang sambit ko. Tumango siya at ngumiti.
"Hindi iyan libre, may kapalit 'yan." He said as he roared the engine of his motor.
Napakamot ako sa ulo.
"O-Oh sige. Ano?" Alanganing tanong ko.
Nilahad niya ang kamay sa akin. Tumaas ang kilay ko.
"Pagkakaibigan," he said. "Iyan ang kapalit." He added.
Bumuntong hininga ako.
I've only met him weeks ago. He's been bothering me for two days now.
I don't really know what to feel about him and his actions, but he's shown me enough kindness tonight.
"Fine." I accepted his hand.
His smile grew wider.
"Friends," he said while shaking our hands. Ngumiwi ako sa ngiting pinapakita niya.
I'm already regretting my decision.
Hindi rin siya nagtagal at umalis na ng itaboy ko. Nagpalit ako at naglinis ng katawan bago nahiga sa kama.
I checked the clock. Alas onse na.
Inaantok na ako, but I'm still waiting for Manong Ben and Mama to be home.
I checked my phone while waiting. A notification from my facebook popped up.

I clicked to see his profile but it was on private. I think for a second before finally accepting his request.
Nang maconfirm ay lumabas ang mga photos niya sa kaniyang account.
He barely post anything on his wall. His last post was dated a few weeks ago. It was a picture of him holding his award for Star Model.
Zinoom in ko iyon at pinakatitigan ang mukha niya.
Nakangiti siya sa picture. His dimple is on sight too. He has a slightly thick eyebrows. Moreno siya at sumasabay ang mata niya sa kaniyang ngiti. Naka clean cut ang buhok niya. Napansin kong mas humaba na ng bahagya ang buhok niya ngayon kumpara dito sa photo.
His gray suit fits him so well. Sakto lang ang body built niya. He's not that muscular but he looks manly enough. I'm not sure about his height but I'm guessing he's about 5'11 or something.
Amoy baby powder din siya kung titingnan dahil sa napakalinis niyang ayos.
He's always been like that ever since I met him. Hindi ko lang mapuri dahil palagi niya akong iniinis.
Huminga ako ng malalim. I poked his face through the screen.
"Cute ka sana... kung wala ka lang sira sa utak. Tsk tsk."
Umiling iling ako at nag scroll pa sa mga posts niya. Abala ako sa pagtitingin ng photos niya when a message from him popped up to my messenger.

I mentally rolled my eyes. Kahit hindi ko nakikita ay naiimagine ko ang mapang asar niyang ngiti.

Maki: Why? I thought we're friends now. :(
