I wont be putting what ship it is for the proposal / future date fics but you will be able to tell which is which by the Future Headcanons
Ashlyn holds his hand as they walk. "No offense, actually, kind of offense. Why are we heading closer to the falls, we can see it fine from up there."
Aiden awkardly keeps walking with her while thinking of an excuse. "But it's better over here, look, isn't it cool?" Aiden says, squinting and quickly looking back at Ashlyn so he can actually see because of the water being splashed back up in sprinkling rain.
Ash looks with a hand over her face. "I don't know, I can't see it?" She replies with a sigh. It means a lot to Aiden, she knew that. "Let me see if I can get a better look." She shields her eyes with her hands and tries to peek.
She can just barely see it through the rain. She keeps trying, attempting to be able to agree with Aiden. "I-...It's pretty from what I see?" She mumbles. She looks to her left. Aiden is missing. "Aiden?" She feels someone tap her shoulder, then turns around and punches them.
She quickly gasps and covers her mouth as the adrenaline slowly wears off and Aiden gets up, Logan and Taylor continuing to silently record on the camera with their jaws dropped.
"I..." Aiden clears his throat, holding his nose. "Should've gotten your attention first, huh..?" He says with a chuckle, slowly getting back to his original position and raising the ring box back up. Ashlyn is silent for a minute before screaming and hugging him. "Watch the nose," Aiden says with a chuckle as he hugs her back.
