Chapter Five: Video Games?

Saturday rolled around and Sakura, Hinata, Ino and I are roaming around the mall with our boba's in hand. You might be wondering why the fuck me and Ino are hanging out. Yesterday I called her and we sorted things out with us trying to make each other jealous and we're cool now. Stuff like that doesn't separate us for long, especially when the other girls caught wind of what we were fighting about. They were insistent that we make up and fast because they wanted to go shopping. So make up, we did.

"Let's go to this one!" Hinata said excitedly, pointing to a shop with her boba cup as her other hand was occupied with holding Sakura's.

"Sure, why not," I agreed, taking in the colorful storefront. I looked over at Ino who was walking next to me, not really paying attention as she was on her phone.

"Yeah let's go!" Sakura said and the two girls headed for the store with Ino and I walking behind them. Inside, the shop was filled with all sorts of trinkets and accessories, everything from cute stationery to quirky keychains.

"Look at this!" Hinata exclaimed, picking up a plush toy and showing it to Sakura. "Isn't it adorable?"

Sakura nodded, her eyes shining with excitement. "It's so cute! We should get matching ones! Ino come on!" Sakura said, showing the plushie to Ino.

"Omg! I need the purple one!" Ino exclaimed, quickly walking over to Sakura as she tucked her phone away.

I couldn't help but smile at their enthusiasm. They're so cute. I followed them around the store as they touched and picked up almost every little trinket, accessory, or whatever the fuck in the store to admire or put in the little baskets they all got. I was even forced to wear a random big ass bow they found as we walked around the store. The girls got a good giggle out of it because they knew that if I even tried to protest, I'd get jumped by them. It's happened before.

After a solid twenty minutes in the store, the girls all successfully had half-full baskets of stuff as they each held their own matching plushie.

Jesus, that's a lot of stuff.

"You three are going to buy all of this?" I asked, raising an eyebrow at them.

"No, you are," Ino said with a smirk, and my eyes widened as all the girls had evil smiles on their faces.

"I'll eat my wallet right now," I said, making them all laugh.

"But yes, we are buying all of this," Sakura said, holding up her basket a little.

"Wait, Naruto needs a plushie too," Hinata pointed out, and I immediately shook my head.

"I'm good, guys. That's a girl... thing..." I said slowly, realizing I just screwed myself by saying that. Yup, judging by the evil looks on their faces...
