-2009-

-Avery Hanlin-

She was back at Highby. Somehow.

Props to Natasha for once they felt bad about nearly murdering her again.

Just about fully restored to her old self. Bandages weren't odvious anymore. She was bombarded with concern, being told to go home and happiness on the more naive sides of the council.

Currently in a council meeting as usual, Liana had gatecrashed it as it was about a band crisis..and they did semi contribute.

"Look Pierres death was collateral damage. We are first of not abusive like the allegations.. plus we really need a new member, preferably someone who can communicate with Liana." The remaining Renegades weren't doing brilliantly.

The case was puzzling. "Why are you bugging us about that? Put posters up or something."

"We have tried that... and it hasnt worked." Angelo pitched in.. just about.

Her hand hurted. Much consistently the last day and a half. It took alot to keep chill and as herself.

"Avery your hand is shaking. Not alot but it is." Fortunately it was Celine whispered.

She looked at it.., their were blisters forming. And it hurt-she had to get out. It grew back quickly.

"Il be one second Ce."

As she quickly left she was aware Skylar followed behind.

When she sat at a corner quickly got out the needle and its contents, as soon as she did it, the pain was there.

After a minute it felt painless.

Suddenly the bottle was grabbed. IT was Liana...not ..Skylar. Their look wasnt suprise more concern.

"Avery this stuff destroys your lungs. Xelideane works better." It was harder to find.

She had researched. "Its really hard to find Liana. It was suffocating me in that hospital. I had to do something."

They sat next to her. Giving the bottle back. "You really should be getting better Avery. I understand that feeling at hospital but ultimately dosing with drugs has a worse effect."

"When were you a medical adviser?" They took the comment lightly. Considering their past tone.

She was handed..pills. "Avery iv been down the Natasha drug trust fund its messy and borderline dangerous. Not like she will say so. I'm not endorsing drugs but do safer ones atleast."

They got up. "Liana it really doesnt matter I'm dying. The reports arent getting better,  I just want to feel healthier for however long I can." She put the pills in her pocket.

Lianas look shifted. It was serious. More than usual. Before they could say anything Skylar appeared. "You okay? You have left once every few meetings." Liana litrally looked horrified. But walked away.

Appealing to Skylar was easy..depending on the mood, this felt safe enough. "Its the hospital meds- I know I should be resting but it's hard to watch everyone move on around me." She got up.

"Avery you should have said it makes ..some sense. Still though you should be resting I would be. Your workload is no bigger than mine I really couldnt do it myself."

She got a hug. "If I stop I don't know how I would start again."

"You have .. Celine..the council is generally..free talking. Me and .. Avery most people care for you." The hug lingered for a moment. ..
