As Pierce walked up to me I could feel his sadness. "Hey Morg."

"Hey Pie, how are you?" I ask for social norm purposes.

"Fine, I guess." He shrugs. "How are you and the crew?"

"Got a new member of the crew, got a Stein." I tell him.

"That's pretty cool. Don't see many of them around." He nods his head slightly.

"Yeah, and I'm thinking about going to Hell to get my heart back." I shrug nonchalantly.

"And you're springing this on me now?" He raises his brow. "I feel so loved. Well, I will be once you get back."

"Ha, ha." I say emotionless. "I just got the prophecy yesterday."

"Then I will forgive you for now." He nods.

"And what about you and your prospects of winning Neph's heart?" I ask as we start to walk away from the cemetery.

"Not well." He tells me. "There has been... A distraction from him."

"And who is this?" I ask knowing it's probably some girl. He always does this.

"Elizabeth. The girl with the eyes." He says, looking at me with a serious face.

"It's because she reminds you of her. You know you do that sometimes and I'm the only person who will tell it to you straight. Don't string her on if it's for that reason." I tell him as seriously as possible.

With a slight smile, he shakes his head. "You might be right. But she's nothing like her. Elizabeth is shy and super sweet. She literally can't even hurt a fly."

"What is she?" I ask. I'm not really protective, I just don't respect him when he does that. The closest thing to love for me is respect, and I respect him the most.

"Don't criticize me, but I haven't figured it out yet. For all I know, she's a plain human." He says slowly.

"You need to find out before you get serious about the girl. She might be different than she looks. I would know." I say with my emotionless tone. I of all people would know.

"Of course Morg. I'll find out next time I see her." He tells me.

"Good, now where do you want to go?" I ask as we continue to walk.

"Anywhere." He says. "You know that I can never choose."

"Just like your life." I snap at him. Well it was more like a comment with a harsher tone, but it's basically the same to me.

"I knew you were heartless but damn." He looks taken aback at my words. "That was cold even for you..."
