The next day I wake up in my bed alone. I remember Crypt carrying me to my bed and laying me down, and then he was gone. What the hell was that last night?

I get up and shed my clothes and put on my black summer dress and remove my make up. "I need to call or text Pie." I tell myself as I look at my long messy white hair.

I grab my cell phone and decide to call him. "Come on, pick up, pick up." I say as the phone rings.

"Hey." He answers.

"Hey, so Crypt kissed me and I felt my heartbeat but I don't have a heart and I'm confused." I babble.

"Wait, Crypt actually kissed you?" He pauses, "And you actually felt something?"

"Yes, but now I feel lonelier than ever." I say truthfully.

"I would say give him a chance, but you might kill me for suggesting it." He admits through the phone.

"Nah, maybe after I get my heart back. Since I'm only into reapers it seems. So are you free today since I'm leaving tomorrow?" I tell him.

"I'm always free for my best ghoul friends that are going to hell the next day with someone they hate to get their heart back." He says.

"Yeah, I'll be right over in a few, see you then." I hang up on him and put on my black converse. I walk out the door.

"Ma'am?" Crypt looks at me.

"I'm going to spend the day without you. I'll see you tomorrow once we leave." I tell him before leaving and heading to dorm. I see Elizabeth going in and I walk up to her. "Elizabeth!" I yell out to her.

She turns and sees me. "Oh hi Morgan. You're seeing Pierce too?"

"Yeah, I'm leaving soon and I wanted to spend time with him before I go. Why are you coming to see him?" I ask her. Did he fuck up again?

"I just wanted to see him after last night." Her face begins to turn red.

"Did something happen? What did he do to you?" I ask.

"Well he kissed me." She smiles and tucks her hair behind her ear. "That's a good sign, right?"

"Yeah and do you love him? Do you know if he loves you?" I say getting annoyed. That son of a bitch I'm going to kill him.

"I-I don't know. We haven't known each other for very long." She looks down at the ground.

"Yeah, I know." I say through clenched teeth.

"I hope me being here isn't a problem for you." She says softly.

"No, it's not you." I give her my best fact smile before pounding on the door.
