Remus let her go

Remus let her go. Minnie agreed, on the preface that she would be back before nightfall. She wore her favourite winter outfit, red gloves and a red scarf, along with white socks that contrasted her dark red shoes. For the most part, her light brown coat covered her from the harsh wind. She put her hair up in a bun, adoring the cute earrings that Minnie had bought her for Christmas last year. Golden cuff earrings, with a pearl hanging from them each.

"Looks like someone is going on a date!" Parvati whistled when Andromeda made her way downstairs. Two stares were the most prominent ones, that Annie didn't miss.

Ginny formed a sour expression on her face. Her nose scrunched, her mouth slipped to the side, as if wincing. Andromeda stared at her, until Ginny had the courage to turn around and look at the fireplace, instead of wanting to set her on fire.
She felt weird.

On the other hand, Harry looked the same way. He turned around with his brows furrowed, looking at his best friend up and down. He didn't know about a date. She didn't tell him yesterday when they talked. Who was she even going with? And here he was, stuck in the castle, when she would get to spend her day at Hogsmeade, cuddled up with some other guy.

Andromeda cocked her head at the sudden irregular attention. Then she laughed.
"Im going with Hermione and Ron. In my opinion, I will be third-wheeling." She said, either meaning that the two of them would scratch each others eyes, or... well. All's well that ends well.

Two people deflated in the room.
She approached Harry, who was sat playing chess with a first year. She bend down,
"I have your invisibility cloak in my room still. Should you need it you have my permission to go up." She whispered in his ear, then patted his shoulder and left.

Parvati raised an eyebrow at the interaction, annoyed that she didn't hear a thing.

"Andy! Right here!" Hermione yelled out, once she had exited the front entrance of the school.

"Im sorry Potter." Minerva patted his shoulder making her way down with the other students.

Annie whipped her head around. She frowned, making her way towards the castle instead of Hogsmeade.

"No. You guys go ahead. I'll be fine." He said, shooing her away with his hands. He turned around making his way inside the castle, while she stood there pouting for a moment.

"Annie you there? Or did loverboy take your last brain cell with him?" Ron said putting both his hand on his waist.

"Um, no need to be so rude!" Annie replied, almost shocked at his impatience.

"We've been calling you for over 2 minutes actually." Hermione deadpanned.

"Shit sorry I'm coming." She run over to them, leaping over a ground bench.

"No ballerina shoes could stop you I fear." Hermione sighed, taking her hand in hers.

"We should buy something for Harry. Let's split some money." Ron said, reaching into his pocket.
"Okay, I have a few galleons with me. I wanted to buy a salted caramel chocolate fudge and maybe save enough for a butter beer later. So that leaves me with 3 galleons." He counted carefully.
