Gasping loudly, the seven year old sat up. Breaking into a cold sweat as she thought about what the hell she just dreamt about. Or rather, what she had been dreaming about.

Ari groans, covering her face with her hands, the paw padding on her fingers rubbing into her temples and eyes to wake her up and soothe herself. It's been a whole month since she started having that stupid repeated nightmare, a bothersome thing because now she was starting to develop (she hoped it wasn't) insomnia. Finished in calming herself down she looked out the only window she had, slightly relived that it happened to be barely turning into morning.

Slipping out of bed and changing, Ari slowly stepped her way down stairs. Opening the front door slowly as to not make a sound before stepping out into the cold air, she shivers because it's cold, The dawns air still cold because of the night time. Still, Ari wouldn't allow it to deter her. She needed something to do while taking out her stress, what better way to do so than by punching and breaking the dummies? She'd get her practice in anyway.

It was the same in the barn, dark, cold, lonely.

Ari would have to mutter a small spell to create a small flame on her finger. Using that to light up a candle in a lantern so that she could see better. The action completed, and the small flame on her finger gets put out, Ari surveys her surroundings. Sure she's seen it a bunch of times, yet there would be a rare occurrence that there would be a new item for training or something. She didn't any of see that, but rather the one thing she saw the first time she entered the barn.

That chest, and it was opened too. How lucky for her..

Making her way over, Ari looked it over. Checking behind her to see if maybe her father would come out and yell at her not to look, but seeing as nothing could or would stop her she shrugged. Lantern set down, chest creaking as it's opened up, Aris' not surprised to see that there are weapons inside. But she is surprised at the depth it has and how much it can seemingly hold, the weapons inside it long like her father's spear- oh it's right there.

She looks around more, moving things around frantically in hopes of finding her desired weapon. Rejoicing when a scythe shines up prettily at her. Quickly Ari takes it out, it was a beauty for sure, intricate designs on the wooden part of it. Waves it seemed, or perhaps wind? It went all the way down until the very bottom was twisted into a sharp tip, no doubt to use for stabbing. It's sight made Ari giddy and wriggle in place. 'I've sooo got to test it out!'
