He's her brother, she still remembers how happy she was when he was born, even if she was only 4 years old. Her only memory from that young is her promise to always protect him.

But she failed protecting her brother, and he got hurt.
She never wanted to hurt Rindou. The real request was to kill the brothers, but she declined. They wouldn't leave her alone so she changed the deal to only hurting them. She didn't want it this way, but that's all she could do.
Rindou meant so much to her. And as much as she tried to search for things to hate him for in these months so she could complete the deal, she only found reasons to love him more.
