"Y/n, you better fucking explain yourself" Rindou yelled and grabbed Y/n's upper arm as he followed her into a silent parking lot where there were no people. She didn't say anything to him no matter how much he yelled.
"You'll be mad" her voice was quiet, barely above a whisper. And no one was around, as it was 2 in the morning and the rain started pouring not long after they left the warehouse. As if even the weather knows the feelings of the two teens.
"I'm already fucking pissed, so do you mind finally explaining it to me?" Rindou yelled as he let go of her. He tried to hide his sadness behind his anger, but she could see right through him.
"I'm a fucking bounty hunter, Rindou" she yelled back at him. "Okay? I was The Lion the guard told you about. Kazu knew about our hide out because I brought him there, I was supposed to protect him and I failed."
"And you knew about the Bloody Vipers?" his yelling started getting louder, neither of the teens caring about their soaking wet clothes at the moment, just the anger and pain they are feeling. "Y/n, I was going crazy trying to find them! We threatened your brother so he could help us find them!"
"I know, I fucking know it" Y/n matched his yelling as she run her hands through her wet hair. "But they threatened Kazu too. And it wasn't just beating, they told me they will slit his throat right infront of me!"
"You could've told us" he said. "And what do you mean hurt us? What was the deal?!"
"Remember the time I skipped school for two weeks?" she said as tears made their ways to her eyes. "I was jumped and then threatened to get rid of you and Ran so they could get rid of Tenjiku. I declined it, but they knew who Kazu was, they knew who I was. Their request was to smash your heads with bricks and make you fall into a coma. I got one year to do it, but I just couldn't."
"Is that's why you got so close to me?" Rindou's voice was quiet, but clear enough to hear as he got closer to Y/n.
"I didn't want to do it. I swe-"
"Answer the fucking question" he yelled.
"Yeah" she nodded as she started crying, while Rindou backed away slowly, slightly nodding his head as he finally connected every dot in the story.
"I trusted you and I was just a mission for money?" he asked quietly in disbelief.
"I didn't want it to turn out this way" she shook her head. "But you would understand if it was Ran-"
"Don't you fucking bring my brother into this" he yelled as he got back close to her face again. "Was your little accident an act too? Was it all just an act for money?"
