A/N:

Updating because I was literally in Seoul a week ago?! AND I went to Lotte Aquarium because if I'm gonna write a fanfic where they go on a date to an aquarium I might as well check out the place to see if I got the details right. Anyways, enjoy ;)

The following days were filled with the typical activities one does when on vacation: long walks along the beach, trying out new restaurants and foods and above all: trying to make the best out of the few remaining days the two of you had left.

The honeymoon was slowly coming to an end, whether you realized it yet or not.

After having returned from a relaxing yet informative cooking class - Jungkook had not managed to convince you to go on the hot air balloon hence the rather comforting activity - the two of you wanted nothing more but to wind down from the day.

"How about we head down to the pool while the sun is still up?" he suggested.

So you did exactly that.

It took you a few minutes to find a single deck chair that wasn't taken: it seemed as if everyone else had the same idea to enjoy the rest of the evening either in the water or laying in the sun.

Having finished reading all of your books that were even remotely interesting, there was now absolutely nothing holding you back from emptying your mind and focusing on pure, uninterrupted relaxation.

Except, perhaps, Jungkook's elbow that was stabbing you in the side. Sharing a deck chair was perhaps not the best idea. Add to it that Jungkook was practically glued to you due to the lack of space and his skin was unbearably soft and he smelled the way he always did, it was now even harder to refrain from taking in deep breaths than it was when you were sleeping next to each other. But then again, even when sleeping, he'd never been that close to you.

Damned be those grandmas hoarding the chairs like the greedy dragons that they were.

Exactly 20 minutes after sitting down, you couldn't stand it anymore.

"I'll go get us some drinks."

Jungkook took off his sunglasses and stood up. "I'll join you."

And with that, you went on to stand in line for another twenty minutes, until finally, it was your turn to order.

You were still thinking whether to get some snacks when Jimin turned around and hit you with "Oh, Y/N, haven't seen you here in a while! The usual?" He was yet again wearing a patterned shirt to go along with the casual atmosphere at the pool and the baby blue cap only added to it. By the time you'd answered he already turned around again and started mixing up your order.

"Hi, yeah, sure", you said, though it wasn't what you originally intended to order.

"I'll have that too."

Jimin didn't even turn around when he said "Sorry, that's for special guests only."

"What would I have to do to become a special guest?" Jungkook asked jokingly.

That's when Jimin turned around, cocktail shaker still half empty, his mouth open to give a response, when he stopped, his eyes moving back and forth between you and Jungkook.

"Oh, I didn't know you were here with your boyfriend."

"Husband, actually", Jungkook answered before you could say anything.
