Grace stand up quickly "What! H-how could father do such a thing!" She exclaims in anger. "I-it's not right."
"Yeah, Ryan how could you let our father enforce such a rule on you?" she asks, her tone matching Grace's anger.
"You don't think I tried to reason with him?" Ryan responds "Believe me, I wouldn't be in this predicament if he saw things my way." He sighs "There's no getting through to him."
"Well can't mother do something about it?" Ava asks "She can lift the ban off you!"
"She can't," Ryan says "A queen doesn't hold much of a power as a king does."
"A queen can only do so much," Grace adds in.
Ava scrunches her face in confusion "What? How does that make any sense."
"I don't know Ava, go ask the people that implemented the rule," Ryan says in a frustrated tone. "Also," Ryan stands up "When does this truth spell wear off?" He ask "I'm seeing my beloved tonight and I don't want to be spilling my guts out on to him." Ryan closes his eyes and sighs "This spell is the epitome of a snitch."
Ava giggles to herself and Grace looks at Ryan with worry. "Ryan my dear brother, I do not think it is best for you to see him tonight."
Ryan rolls his eyes "And why not Grace? Is it because you think father will catch us?"
Grace was taken aback "Yes..that exactly. However did you—"
"Because I've already thought about it Grace," Ryan quipped. "It's been in the back of my head for quite some time now." He groans and stomps his foot "And when does this spell wear off!?"
Grace rolls her eyes "It'll wear off in twenty-four hours. So it'll be out of your system when the sun rises the next day."
"Oh that's just wonderful!" Ryan exclaims sarcastically "He'll get to know everything about me that I do not want him to know just yet!" He drops his smile and crosses his arms. "That was sarcasm by the way."
As the two sisters depart, Grace stays behind "Ryan, I know you won't listen to me but please, I beg of thee, think about this for just a moment."
Ryan looked at Grace with his arms still crossed, watching her depart from the room. He thinks for a moment. He took Grace's words to heart and let out a deep sigh. "I hate it when she's right."

Evening approaches and Sebastian, his brother, and mother begins to close up the shop for the day. Even though the day started off slow, it quickly began to pick up the pace as the day progressed.
Anyhow, as their mother were ahead, the two brothers were behind conversing. Or, more so, Oliver asking one too many questions and Sebastian refusing to answer them.
"Oliver I swear to Jesus if you ask me one more
question—""You'll what?" Oliver interrupted "You'll turn me into a frog? Grow a wart on my face? Exactly, you won't do anything."
Sebastian sighs in frustration "Oliver just leave me be please," He begged.
"Sebastian you do not need to be difficult with me. Just answer my question about your whereabouts and I'll be contempt." Oliver flashes a smile.
Sebastian looks at Oliver then back at their mother to keep an eye on her and he sighs. "I can't."
Oliver sighs "Sebastian listen, you may think I'm just asking you to be nosy—"
